I joined this accelerator on the recommendation of an angel investor, who advised me to get my business idea and business plan into a proper shape. It was of immediate benefit and soon I had a very clear value proposition and strategy to move to sales. it doesn’t matter if you’ve been in business a week a year or longer or if you are only beginning with a business idea this FREE (for now) training will accelerate you to your goals. Highly recommended.

I found Underdog by accident, scrolling through Linkedin. I didn't have high expectations, but I can gladly say I was wrong. Everything from the team and the program to the community has been amazing. The approach was hands-on from day one, trying to answer the tough questions like:
Are you the right person for the business you are creating?
Do you have what it takes?
Is your idea any good?
Will anyone care about your product?
Even if you don't get to the end of the program, you will have learned a lot about getting from 0 to 1 in the startup world.
Highly recommend it to anyone just starting their startup journey or asking what next step they should take. The team at Underdog has skin in the game, and I think everyone can benefit from enrolling in one of their programs. As the team would say "better done than perfect". Take the shot, there is nothing to lose, but so much to gain

This program has been instrumental for me in my learnings and growth as a new founder. Not only do Mike and Steve guide you through how to get your first customers, they guide you through the challenges within yourself. I had been banging my head against a brick wall, jumping from half-finished task, trying to gain some momentum.
Mike and Steve helped bring clarity to the startup and I achieved more in the first few weeks than I had for months.
While you’ll never completely eradicated the head banging, but it’s helped me identify the loosest bricks.

A post on LinkedIn from someone I follow guided me in the direction of the Underdog Accelerator. I was attracted by the name alone, as I related to the connotations of being an Underdog for the most of my life.

So far I believe I have grown so much, both personally and as a first time entrepreneur. I thought I had a validated business already, how much I was wrong and for that knowledge alone I am truly grateful for being part of the Underdog Community.

Mike & Steve are always on hand to give input and the weekly assignments are well structured. I love the notion of 'Paying with Action', this makes the journey even more exciting as just in that alone do you feel you are giving your start-up everything you can.

If you want some real honest guidance then this is the place to be, I'd fully recommend getting on board even if you don't yet even have an idea you will leave with plenty and to top it off you meet people who are on a similar path and applaud all your victories.

A fantastic programme for anyone looking at creating their own startup. Lots of valuable information and the weekly structure and flexibility is great for people like me who are busy 24/7. Definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious and willing to put in the work.

I had always wanted to start a business but the timing was never quite right

My friend told me about Underdog and I’m so glad I joined

The course is really helpful for a beginner like me but the key was the mentoring. My mentor had been on the journey himself and he helped me learn from his mistakes

The weekly group calls were good too and kept me on track, otherwise I might have not kept going

The community is small, but it is growing and there are some super experienced people in there to bounce ideas off. I joined an accountability group and it was the best thing I did

I started end off May and finished the programme at the end of July so it is a quick way to get up and running

This accelerator is not only an educational one on how to get started with validating a business idea but one where the cohort community are encouraged to help break down the imposter syndrome through feedback, so stuff gets done.
I've never been so focused on pushing myself to be completely uncomfortable and not perfect. Mike and Simon are great mentors as well - there is never a moment when they are not full of options to help you grow further to launch your dream.
