its just a hassle and not worth it

I mean, this is now the second time I’ve tried to order something from their website, and the product has never managed to be delivered to me instead, it always gets sent back. It’s hard for me to believe that it’s the logistics company (DHL), since I received products from a different brand on the same day the UA order should’ve arrived (also via DHL). I’ll be reimbursed now, hopefully without any issues, but yeah… I won’t be buying anything from their website anymore. I don’t see the point; it’s just a hassle at this stage.

Scam website?

I ordered a product yesterday and for some reason the delivery confirmation email is delivering to completely the wrong address. I am trying to contact them via the support form which won't send and live chat which won't work either. I am starting to believe this is a scam website.

no moneyback

Ordered two pairs of sneakers, quality and materials were awful and size is small af - short and tight, not real EU size.
Return is thru dropdown adress and only with courier, costed me extra 15EUR. After one month still haven't recieved moneyback.

I am a returning customer

I am a returning customer, but for the last time. I love your products, but your customer service is the worse ever. There is nothing they can help with, I have been waiting for 4 days now for my delivery, it should have arrived 2. december, I am still waiting. And your "customer service" cant help with answers. This is not at all what to expect from such a wellknown brand as Under Amour. Bye bye Under Armour

Tried to contact via their web site on…

Tried to contact via their web site on a product issue with golf shoes bought from a retailer that has failed at 15 months with limited use and they responded with they only deal with those buy direct from the web site.
the product is clear not fit for use and you should be able to report this to the company.
a brush off on sub standard product that looks like they are made with built in obsolesence

Great service, fast delivery

Ordered 2 pairs of slides (in Denmark) and received them within 2 days. Good quality and comfortable slides. I wasn't sure if I should order here, due to the bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I'm glad I did. All in all great service.

Review for the sport shoes from underarmour.eu: The shoes are absolutely top-notch, made of good material, and high quality. Although delivery may have taken a bit longer, it was definitely worth the wait. To those who had negative experiences, I'm not sure what your specific situation was, but I am extremely satisfied. I am from Slovenia, if that matters. Over all once more I am very pleased with the Under Armour brand and will definitely be ordering again in the near future.

Fraud company

Fraud company. Do not in any way order anything here. The charge you credit card and newer sends items. Ordered beginning March, charged credit directly and never send items. 120 euro lost. Support not replying. Simply Fraud.

Do not shop here at any cost

Do not shop here at any cost. Spent nearly 100 pound on pair of trainers on the 27th of March it’s now the 1st of April and haven’t heard a single thing from them apart from them trying to sell more stuff. Customer service is dreadful no help at all they just repeat what you tell them and say someone will be in contact soon but we all know that’s just a way of saying it wait and see if your item turns up in the next year. Asked to cancel the order as the item hadn’t been picked or shipped so still sitting on the shelf and they say no it’s in the system so wait for it to arrive then return it. This would be great but why would I wait for the item to arrive then send it back because it arrived. Stupidity at it’s finest. Go else where will be a lot better service.

They only deserve 0 stars!!!

I ordered a few items from their website. After opening the package, I noticed that two T-shirts and one pair of leggings were missing. I reported the matter to the Customer Service Department, and to my surprise, I received a reply that the package contained all the things that I ordered. Lie! Fraud!
I wanted to return some of the items I ordered because of the wrong size, but I'm just afraid I won't get my money back.
To all those who want to buy UA products, I recommend shopping in other stores. Don't make my mistake or you will lose your money.
After reading the opinions of other Trustpilot users (too late, unfortunately), I am convinced that they are making a lot of money by cheating their customers.

Have ordered and paid for an item that…

Have ordered and paid for an item that I never received. Can appreciate errors can be made, so was naturally expecting that I would get the item upon the notification to Under Amours customer service. However, despite multiple attempts (and time spend) to make them aware of this, I simply get the message what their warehouse is claiming the item was in the package, and now I’m simply being ignored…. unbelievable!
It’s evident Under Amour’s online store has not matured to be a credible place to shop and is dealing with incompetence when it comes to customer service.

I purchased 2 book bags on August 1

I purchased 2 book bags on August 1, 2019 and was informed through email that I would receive the merchandise on August 9. I received confirmation that 1 bag was shipped on August 5. I received another email August 9 stating that the order shipped may be late. I telephoned under armour on August 12 and was told that it was determined that LaserShip had lost the shipment and a new bag would be shipped that evening via Federal Express. This shipment has never been noted by UA and no bag has arrived. I have called numerous times and have waited on hold a minimum of 45 each time, only to be told that the bags will be shipped soon and they are in the queue. Neither has arrived as yet. As i sit here writing this, i have been on hold 90 plus minutes and was on a live chat via another computer for 30 plus minutes only to become disconnected once I was the next call to be answered. Meanwhile my credit card has had the entire price $98 and change deducted as of the 5th of August. By the time the items are to ship, the items I ordered will no longer be available. It has been over 3 weeks for these bags to ship and I believe this shows that there is poor customer service. Because of this I will seriously consider whether i must get something from UA again.

Apalling Company

Save your money and shop elsewhere, the clothes aren't that special.
paid £30 for 3 T shirts in a sale, a fair price. UA took the money instantly rather than reputable companies who take the money on despatch. Then got an email telling me my order was cancelled, no reason, and that I'd get my money in a few days.
I got it back in 2 weeks, still no apology.
Effectively I and many others gave UA an interest free loan.
Guess what happened if you send emails to ask what happened, go on have a go.
NOTHING, they don't even reply
Dreadful company I don't care if they give stuff away now I do not wish to be associated with their brand
