Products are great, but what's more important to me (since other companies with good products do exist) is the interaction I had with the people at UC themselves. As part of my order I had a mystery item, which btw, free mystery item in the order? Amazing promotion, was definitely part of why I chose them.
However there were some items I could get that I wouldn't be able to use, and that would just be a waste. So i told them what was up in the order note and not only did they accommodate it they actually sent something that fit my concerns better than what id have picked out for myself! 10/10 recommend

The toy I received is absolutely gorgeous, appealing to the eye, And feels amazing to use. I recently ordered a toy that ended up delivered to the wrong address. I notified UC in the early morning their time and they responded by the afternoon and put the replacement at the top of the queue, shipped it the next day via Express shipping. By far the fastest response I have ever received. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I received my first order from Uncover Creations about 2 weeks ago and will continue to order from them! They kept me up to date with status emails from placing my order through it being delivered to my house (about 2 weeks) so I always knew the status of my package.
