I have bought two tablets from unboxify and both the times the products were almost new like , no scratches, no dent , the battery health was also excellent, not a single issue till date , just like new . The in-box products like the adapter and pen were also in the box and work completely fine . Atleast for the tablets, I can say , unboxify gives a good deal .

The products are genuine and in my case , i had bought an apple watch which was showing 10 months warranty but in actuals it was complete 12 months warranty. I will buy more products in future from this website. Keep saving people’s money god speed unboxify

I recently purchased the Evofox Deck smartphone gamepad from Unboxify, and overall, my experience has been good. The ordering process was smooth, and the product was delivered safely and on time. The gamepad itself feels solid and well built. The buttons are responsive, the joysticks are smooth, and the overall grip is comfortable even during long gaming sessions. Connectivity with both Android and iPhone was easy, and the Bluetooth connection is stable with no noticeable lag during gameplay.

The RGB lighting and backlit controls add a nice premium touch, and the dual vibration motors make the gaming experience more immersive. The magnetic hall joysticks feel accurate, which is great for action and racing games. Performance-wise, the product works exactly as expected and delivers good value for the price.

The only downside in my case was that the carry bag mentioned was missing from the package. Apart from that, the product itself was in perfect condition and works great. Hopefully, this was just a one-time packaging issue.

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and satisfied with the product quality. If Unboxify improves packaging checks, the experience would be even better. I would still recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable smartphone gamepad.

I placed Order #KL23312318UN for Ant Esports H590 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, USB Wired Over-Ear Headphones with 50mm Drivers, Noise Cancelling Mic, Red LED, Soft Earmuffs, for PC, PS5, Xbox, Laptop. I received the item on 31-jan-2026 7.00 pm and it was not working from the same day. I raised a return/complaint on same day but the return request was declined with the reason “technical issues—visit brand-authorized service centre.”

This is a defective product received on delivery, and I am requesting a resolution: replacement or refund.

So the company promises a lot of great thing that they test things make sure they are of good quality and working and also claim that they rate each product to give us a clear understanding of what we are buying.

I cant speak for other stuff but I would not buy anything electronic from them because its obvious they dont check it and if its non functional they just say go to the company and its part of their return policy (the only saving grace is atleast its written there that if it wont work you go to the company we cant do anything about it)

You buy stuff for cheap from them and then spend double the time dealing with the manufacturers to get it replaced.

Marketing messaging is honestly misleading.
Companies like these are the reason people dont want to give a chance to newer companies/startup.
Save yourself people, ill deal with the consequences of saving 1k....

I bought sony icd px 470 voice recorder from unboxify, it's mint condition unit , no scratches no dents with original packing box and two sony AAA batteries. Price was also very reasonable and delivery was fast. Overall it was good deal, got almost new unit for less than market price of voice recorder.

The product was not that good the camera quality was Bad.. It felt like cheap quality..

It was an unfortunate day when I decided to buy my tab from Unboxify. I received the tab with pattern locked, and not done any reset. This not only put the first user data at risk but also a great inconvenience for me. They refused to replace it due to their policy. So, I had to go to multiple places from Motorola mobile centre to Lenovo service centre. It took almost 15 days for them to rectify the issue and they didnot pay anything for the inconvenience caused and the conveyance amount incurred.
