Its really bad
Its really bad, but its worse than you think. It looks good, but virtually nothing about it works. Even copying and pasting text fails, its own formatting fails.
Its tries to be everything and succeeds at nothing.
What takes 30 minutes in WordPress takes 1 day in Unbounce.
Looks good, but just total junk.
Constant glitches in their software

AVOID!!!!
AVOID. this is honestly the worst tool I've ever used. Don't bother, get something else. You spend hours creating something, only to save it and have the format change without you making any changes. Weird bugs, makes it harder to use than is necessary. I've wasted a lot of time making changes multiple times because the formatting has messed up for no reason.
There are limited resources out there to help you. Poor customer service
Great service!
We've had nothing but great experiences with Unbounce. Even when they switched our Account Manager, the transition was flawless and LeeAnn is always there when we have a question.
Staff is Clueless and Nothing Changes
Unbounce has a glitch in their software that keeps removing the custom domain urls I've added. It's been over a month and it's still happening completely at random. The first person I spoke to claimed it was a glitch because I canceled. The second person said they'd get back to me. They didn't. The 3rd person said maybe somebody has my password. The 4th person told me it was the cancelation bug again, the 5th person told me to pause my ad campaigns that land on their pages and to change my password.
Absolute clown-car of a company and I would absolutely avoid like the plague. Not worth any of the time the few working tools they have will save you.
Good tool and value of money - limited capabilities and average UX
Good tool if you want to create a quick landing page and the value of money for one domain is really great.
However it has limited capabilities (especially when it comes to the mobile version of the landing page you are creating) and compared to other platforms the UX is not great.
Excellent customer service however.
Not reliable
Not reliable. Not consistent. We cant track the conversion from google ads, we contacted them many times but they ignore us.
Snazzy AI
I used to like Snazzy AI but ever since they joined forces with Unbounce it's impossible to use it for free without Free Trial. Hate that.

Not what it says on the tin
We used Unbounce for 8 months until one day they wrote to us and said we need to move our plan from $225/month to $500/month.
We asked for a plan in between as we did not want to spend $500/month. 2 days later, they suddenly just suspended the account, and then threatened to delete all our data in a further 2 business days unless we paid $500/month.
Mind you, this $500/month plan is not public on their site - so we had no way of knowing what plan they would be putting us on.
Unbounce is easy to use, has good features etc but once you start using it, they arm twist you because they know they've become integral to what you do.
The irony of it all is their pricing structure - $500/mo for 100k visitors and 5k conversions ie a 5% conversion rate. If Unbounce's value prop is to help get industry beating conversion rates, locking the pricing at 5% makes no sense.
Good to build pages
Good to build pages, horrible integration with Mailchimp.
Horrible onboarding experience with…
Horrible onboarding experience with Unbounce! Every step of the way it was a hassle with this company. Their product does not work well, you need to sign up for training on how to use their tool instead of just straight provide instructional videos, their staff interacts with you in a very condescending way, they charge your credit card in a tricky way even though they extend their trial......... horrible! stay away!!
Full of bugs
Full of bugs! I don't recommend. It shows different stuff on preview mode and edit mode... Just bad.

It's 10am on a workday and I can't get through to customer service. This deff isn't the first time this has happened.
Also, they don't answer on weekends which is pretty ridiculous considering how much money is flowing through their landing pages. The last time Unbounce has problems on a weekend (it disconnected and gave 404 errors) it cost our company thousands of dollars.
Disappointing customer service
So far, disappointing customer service. It takes at least 10 minutes between responses, and the last question I had wasn't answered after 35 minutes and then the representative went offline without even informing me.
I would expect that a digital company with 150+ employees would definitely have a better handle on customer & technical support than what we've experienced so far.
I reached out to customer support and…
I reached out to customer support and very quickly Mark Ryan got in touch. He was incredibly helpful and speedy in his replies. Before long he had gotten to the bottom of my issue and given me simple steps to rectify the issue. I was very happy with the service.
Thank you Delphi for your great support!
The platform is decent, has a good set of features for the price you are paying and relatively easy to use.
I want to thank Delphi from Customer Support who spent a good few hours helping me with custom pop-up notifications and troubleshooting, huge kudos!!

Bland, generic, forgettable pages every time...
Every unbounce landing page ever created looks like an unbounce landing page. Bland, generic, and utterly agony if you want to style somethign properly. And have all these people who rate it so highly actually seen the code it churns out - it's embarrasing...
The only reason people use it is because either they can't code, they haven't got time and don't mind producing awful landing pages, or they don't care that they are producing awful landing pages.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. I must've asked about 30 questions in 2 weeks and they're always patient and help me resolve issues.
I wish the builder had a brand kit though with all my colours, fonts, logos etc like Canva has.
really disappointed by customer servive
@unbounce really disappointed by your service, I've asked for customer support as I was having technical issues, never heard back and now I am still being charged although I wasn't able to use the service at all so far. i shouldn't have been charged. This is really frustrating #poorcustomerservice #landingpage
