There delivery charge was more than blind I gave last didget wrong spoke to a few folk but nothing asked for money back nothing told cos I gave wrong didget so can’t get money back won’t be going there to get blinds againn

After investigating your order, we found that the order details initially provided were incorrect, which resulted in the wrong order being cancelled and refunded. As soon as this was identified, we did everything we could to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, by that stage the correct order had already been manufactured and dispatched, so it was no longer possible to cancel it.
Although the delivery charge was applied correctly, we refunded the delivery surcharge as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve the matter.
We always aim to provide the best possible service and are sorry that, in this instance, we were unable to meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback.

Unbeatable blinds have been absolutely excellent all the way through from ordering to receiving. They helped me so much with sizes etc. The insurance is a must as I botched up the sizes to start with. They took the blinds back and just gave me the proper size when I had measured it correctly. So easy to deal with and sort out. I will definitely be using this company again. Excellent customer service. Quality is amazing too at a great price.

Was not happy only opened it yesterday when I needed to put it up. It was the wrong size especially when I gave the correct size ..the quality and colour was good but what was the point when I couldn't put it up very disappointed.

Aslong as you can use a tape measure, you can order your own blinds. Very easy website to use, with easy to follow measuring guides. Unbeatable blinds were fairly priced, roughly the same as most of the competitors. My order of three different blinds Turned up a day early, and were easy enough to fit if you're pretty handy, and once again... can use a tape measure. Do abit of research on measuring and fitting and you won't go far wrong! I will be using them again for a couple more blinds.

I have several blinds in different areas. These blinds are lovely, well made and arrived quickly. I love the voile roller blinds, they allow me to see out but stop the sun from being too bright inside. I would highly recommend them.

I've purchased from unbeatable blinds before and have no complaints regarding the products purchased, great design, easy to fit. The reason for three stars is that the delivery as let the company down, no notifications from UPS, item left behind front garden wall and by the I returned home it had started to rain thankfully the packaging was robust enough & no damage was incurred. I would order again but better communication about delivery is needed.
