What they claim to sell is not what…

What they claim to sell is not what they are selling. These are not lab created diamonds - they are CZ's, granted they are high quality CZ's but nontheless they are NOT lab created diamonds.

The satisfaction guarantee is a joke.

UNA & CO or Una and CO

This is a serious scam company, which has been active for more than 2 years. It's to my surprise that their website hasn't been taken down. All of their merchandise is absolutely fake! The pictures and videos they use are not their own, they stole it from reputable jewellery brands, and because all of their designs are stolen from bigger brands thus they can freely use their videos.

If you have made the purchase, apply for a refund immediately.

CZ not CVD diamond.

Their site claims they are selling you a CVD diamond. When I received mine I examined it with a loupe and it was a CZ. I took it to a jeweler and they confirmed my ID. I'm not usually fooled by sites like this but they use PayPal and DHL, both reputable institutions. They really should be blocked from advertising on Facebook and marketing to the US.

This website should be blocked

This website should be blocked. They sell fake brass metal and CZ, while claiming silver/platinum and CVD diamond. When I told them that all items are fake, they asked me to return all items to get a refund. I spent $67 on shipping charge to send all items back to China, and then they refused to issue me a refund. They will sell the items I returned to other customers, and earn double profit. It's totally a scam website.

UNA&CO - Scammer

This company should be banned from all US websites. Their CVD diamonds weren't lab-created/grown, they are all fake Cubic Zirconia. When you asked to return merchandise, they wanted you to send it to China. They steal your money and selling you junk worth $5 to make. Stay away from this scammer.

Green and black metal

Green and black metal. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. These rings are junk, this company is a scam. My rings turn my skin black just by touching them. These aren’t safe to wear. What is that green stuff!?

Dollar store quality

Very disappointed. My fault for not checking reviews before I bought the ring for my girlfriend. The ring is about the quality of something you would get from a dollar store. The so called diamond is so foggy that it looks like it has smoke in it. Very poor quality. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Buyer Beware!

This Company is a total Scam Company!I bought four "Silver and Platinum" Rings,All of which looked fine for about a day,Then the "Silver" comes off leaving a black Ring!I contacted them demanding a refund,I had to "Hound" them and threaten to call the police.
They wanted all 4 rings returned to China before any refund,The cost of posting was ridiculous,So kept the crap they sold me and got half my money back.Paypal were a useless,Waste of time,So will be closing that account!

They are known scammers

They are known scammers. Their lab created diamonds are CZ. They blocked me on social media (Facebook and Messenger) when I asked. I have been emailing one of their agents who didn't argue the fact that their website reviews are false and their diamonds are cz. Their way of handling the return/refund was super sketchy and I absolutely don't trust that they will refund in the end anyway, so I'm stuck with $100 (US) for cz rings. Do Not Buy!

The cost of curiosity

Total fraud.. you might be pleasantly surprised by the shiny goods when you first receive it, particularly if you know very little about jewellery but it won’t take long before it’s obvious how bad the actual quality is. I knew very little about cubic Zirconia before but after getting this junk, now I know enough to say it’s not worth $10. I’ve never been a sucker to scams thanks to my cynicism and hypersensitivity to these things but embarrassingly even I got burnt. Let’s hope people see these external reviews on this scammy business rather than rely on the heavily controlled feedbacks on their advertisements. You’re better off throwing the money into a wishing fountain. Guarantee better returns in that than the actual stuff from una&co.

Rip off

I didn’t read the online reviews I should of I already have rings coming, and I know I’m going to get stuck with garbage, when I asked for a refund for the orders not yet shipped they stopped communicating with me I filed a dispute with PayPal then I got my refund on the orders I asked for, it was fishy I ordered rings and it said it was clothing, PayPal sided with me and made them return my money, please don’t fall for this scam I posted on Facebook on their ad but they will probably block me just like they have other people how the hell do they get away with ripping people off like this? And from my research all CVD diamonds should pass the diamond test as they are diamonds!! Only difference is one is made in a lab but they are identical so this company is a rip off
