Just applied for my new badge.
Just applied for my new badge.
Was all good until I started to get emails to say I had an outstanding invoice and my badge would be suspended.
1 . I had not even got the new badge.
2 looking at my bank statement the 1 euro they needed had been paid.
3 I emailed Ulys to ask about this and had no reply and have no idea if my badge which I have now will work.

Pour un fonctionnement sans faille de votre badge, assurez-vous qu'il soit bien positionné sur votre pare-brise dans la zone grisée, au niveau du rétroviseur central.

Un passage en voie lente nécessite un léger temps d'arrêt, n'hésitez pas à emprunter les voies réservées au télépéage à 30km/h.
Vous pouvez également demander le remplacement de votre badge depuis votre espace client. Dans le cadre du service après-vente, les frais d’expédition et de retour sont gratuits.

No help given just cancel your orde
No help given at all . I have tried twice to get badges for France Spain Portugal and Italy. Both times have sent photo id and bank statements showing account number and iban number my adrdress etc. Both times you have cancelled my order saying iban number not recognised no help given, no clear instruction of what you want . I’m travelling Europe for 6 months and thought this should be an easy process but no not at all. I why is it so hard emovis make it easy. Is there any chance someone could help????

Returned my ULYS tag 18 months ago and…
Returned my ULYS tag 18 months ago and I am still receiving invoices (they charge a fee if you don't use it). Impossible to contact company, all communications are in French, had to change my bank account to avoid them taking any more money.
