My order did not arrive due to delivery partner issues. So far nobody knows where my order is. I paid 10€ for unsured and trackable shippibg and still it seems impossible to track my order or just give me a refund.
I contacted the customer service that was not helpful at all. They only tpöd me to get in touch with the delivery partner, but only the shipper can ask for a refund not the customer!! Now the customer service keeps ignoring my request and I have to solve this mess via Paypal.
The quality of product received is exactly as promised. Everything went smooth and without any problems.

Poor quality. Case broke after phone falling to the ground from waistline height. Customer service never replied about refund or exchange. Worst phone case in the market.
Communication was not the best after ordering the sleeve, but once ULX did receive the item I was kept updated, once received I was very happy, the item seems to be unique on the market and the quality is high, I would be pleased to recommend this case/sleeve and would buy from ULX again.

Unfortunately the product I did buy did not meet any of my expectations. Especially for the price of originally 150€:
1. Strong smell: The mat gives off a very unpleasant, strong smell, which suggests that the leather has been very heavily processed.
2. Surface and stiffness: The surface of the mat is much smoother and stiffer than the description with “matt” and the pictures, on which the mat is clearly roughened.
3. Customs duties: Unexpectedly, I had to pay additional customs fees. In my opinion, these costs should be clearly recognizable during the payment process and in the address details.
4. Support: When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the support team told me that I could simply send the mat back. However, they clearly pointed out to read their return policy, where it is said that I must pay the delivery costs myself if I returned the mat. As a result, I would have to pay customs and delivery costs again. I have experienced much more accommodating and helpful support elsewhere.
Due to these points, I am very disappointed and feel deceived in my purchase decision for this amount of money.

Desk Mat took a while to arrive in Germany but everything went smoothly. No issues whatsoever, really high quality product. If the shipping would have been faster I would give 5 stars.
I love this mat. It took a week to completely flatten out but it’s a great size for my workspace. It doesn’t stick, easy to clean and has a nice plush leather feel.
I ordered a premium brown desk mat order number 27353 on 15th March 2024. The mat never arrived and despite my numerous emails over a 2 month period, ULX store only replied to me on one occasion (10th May 2024) advising me that they would arrange a refund. Unfortunately, the refund was never processed and ULX continued to ignore my emails. It's now October!!!.. Extremely disappointing customer service. I want a refund.
Took a little while to be dispatched, which in itself isn’t necessarily a problem, but there was radio silence so I got a bit nervous. But … what a great purchase, it is exactly what they advertise. I love the slim fit and how well it fits. Great value too.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are distrustful and most of all, have the worst ever customer service. If there was a star lower than 1, I would give it NEGATIVE 5.
I made an order on the 9th of March, 2024. This is the 18th of April, 2024 and I am yet to receive my order. And I have reached out to the company via emails and social media and they did not respond to me.
I am not sure how such a company continue to exist. I am still currently chasing them via emails, and they are yet to respond to me.

Case was very expensive, low quality, took more than a month to arrive and it is not as advertised. Sent three emails to check status and did not receive an answer. You are better with a case from amazon, which would be cheaper, arrive next day and be a better quality product. Run away from these scammers.

I placed an order for a bag, but regrettably, I never received the item. Equally disappointing is the fact that despite my efforts, a refund was never processed. The ULX support team has consistently provided excuses, and I find this lack of resolution disheartening. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this shop to others. My overall experience has been marked by disappointment, as nothing significant has transpired apart from a series of unproductive email exchanges.
Decent sling bag, quality of materials and size are very nice
I have ordered one phone case from them as the pictures on their website look pretty great. But turn out I was super disappointed as the item looked very different. And DON'T trust their 5 star reviews if they make you want to buy something, because they only publish the good reviews lol. And they don't offer free return. It costs me 2 pounds to return.
One month ago I bought a Classic Leather Backpack and when I received and opened it I had a awful bad impression because it stank very badly like rotten fish. Then, I used this backpack during one month and the top hang strip broke because their seams had an awful quality for daily use.
I think this product is very expensive for its price ($159/USD) and quality. KEEP AWAY from this backpack because I bought it and I totally regret doing it. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY IT!!!
I purchased the leather-free desk mat from ULX three years ago, initially excited about its promise of durability. However, after only a year of use (mostly due to transitioning to remote work), I observed loose threads at the edges and the material peeling off. The product did not live up to ULX's claims of being a long-lasting solution. What added to my disappointment was the unsatisfactory customer service experience when I raised the issue. Given the price paid, I expected a higher quality product and better support. Unfortunately, this has led me to reconsider ULX for future purchases. They would also not let me post a public review under the item on their website. They delete any reviews less than 5 star. Lost my trust and confidence in them.
