Poorly fitting skin. I don’t think the makers have ever seen an iPhone 16 Pro before. The adhesive is weak and inconsistent. It sticks well in some parts but very poorly in others (especially the thin bit that goes above the camera bump). This was a total waste of money. Avoid.

Festival, the product on paper and their website looks fantastic, By far the best advertised skin for a mobile device.

Upon purchasing this for my MacBook, I selected gloss and proceeded to check out, however my invoice sent out straight after stated Matt. As this was for a MacBook, I was gifting to my Wife, she was also there to witness and verify that I selected gloss.

The skin arrived and I was a bit surprised After applying it to the MacBook as to why it was foggy.

After speaking to a prominent member from the customer services, they were not willing to replace it, Continue to insist that I had purchased the incorrect type (which I hadn’t). As I had been emailing them back-and-forth whilst at work, I had specified I selected ‘clear’ In actual fact, I mean ‘gloss’. The correspondence back from that long term member of staff was very sarcastic as to the company not offering a ‘ clear’ Option and was not willing to exchange this for The correct model.

I was going to give 5 stars, but instead I gave one star for the fact that I have an unusable (not fit for purpose) Laminate which I paid £32 from (discounted from £40 with a coupon) and the most they could do was offer 30% off a new skin.

The reason that I gave one start instead of three or two is the very sarcastic nature and pessimism the long term member of staff gave me when I was adamant as to the selection ‘clear’ on their site.

N.b, for those who have read their response, again they have lied, I never asked for a refund, I asked if I could return this even though it was wrong and have the original clear one I purchased.

They have proven to be very bad at customer service and after sales care so take care when making a purchase from them. My replacement request is below… x

I made this order on the 20th of October and when I made the purchase on your website it was for a clear skin. However, when I received it and opened it I through it was strange that it was a little smokey. Then once I applied it onto my laptop I noticed that it was definitely matte.

I was wondering if there was any way I can change this now that it is on my mackook. I can , of course, remove it and return it if you need the matte skin back.

The product is top notch no issues to apply.
Customer service was outstanding when ordered wrong skin by accident.
Issue resolved immediately and more than fair.
I can definitely recommend!

Terrible customer services. avoid

I think this is about the worst £20 I've ever spent.

The iPhone 16 Pro skin came nowhere close to covering the whole phone, huge gaps between buttons and the edges come no-where close to meeting.

Alsom the edge of the skin is raised and feels horrible and sharp. Not the lovely sleek solution i was after at all and I wish I'd put the money toward a traditional case.

Absolutely terrible. I've used and applied many skins from other companies over the years. This was so thin and stretchy it immediately flopped and deformed. It was impossible to apply. What I did manage to put on looked terrible as it is horribly cheap material.

Amusing response from Ultra Skins saying they have heard this story countless times. They then go on to blame me and how I applied it. Never thought to consider that you hear this story so often because your product is actually terrible?

I placed an order with them using their website. My order number was #33527. Even though they offered tracked shipping, the item was delivered to some other person and to some other country. Even after trying to raise the concern with them, they never responded back.

This company is a bunch of thieves and are stealing our money. Don't trust them. I lost my money and my order was never delivered.

Its a shame!

I ordered the Clear Series Skin for the MacBook Air 13.6″ (2024, M3). Although there was an issue with the initial delivery, the team promptly provided a replacement. The service was excellent, and the skin itself is fantastic. It feels great and looks amazing on my MacBook. I've received numerous compliments and inquiries about where it's from. Great product and great service!

Backside skin camera cutouts weren't cut properly, didn't want to come off.

Side skins fit/stuck poorly.

Communication was non-existent, I sent them repeated messages about the problem and they didn't even bother to reply.

Btw I have experience with Dbrand and even some Chinese skins, never had a skin this expensive be this bad.

Order arrived, no probelm. The interior screen protector for my Z Flip 5 is just a millimeter too long, so there's a bit of overhand onto the soft rubber lip edge. This causes the film to not stick properly, and it keeps peeling off, letting dust particles get inside. Also, after two weeks of having it on, I noticed the fold part of the screen protector started to become "rough" in texture. It felt dried out ans scaly. Had to remove the protector.

Really good quality product and customer service

I place an order on Jan 28th 2023 for a MacBook Pro 14″ (2023, M2) Clear Series Skin. It was returned by DPD parcel service. This was confirmed by email from DPD on May 30th 2024. Customer support has not responded to me since Jan 4th 2024 with regards to re-shipping the order.

They have effectively taken my money and not delivered any product. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Amazing experience, amazing customer care. I had a problem with the installation but the email response was immediate and useful. 100% recommended.

To be honest I was very worried with ordering here because of some reviews and also how I’ve had issues with no emails working as a new customer and no communication nor could I reset my password for a week, thankfully I had screenshot my order number to track my new order for the iPad M4 skins and for the new Magic Keyboard.

Today I’ve received my order and I have to say the quality is very good, the fit is perfect and adhesive is also very good, I will see how long it will last.

Delivery was fast.

However there is a piece that does not match at all for the Magic Keyboard and that would be the area of the track pad, the cut is clearly for the old Magic Keyboard, so that is a concern as it shows a lack of attention.

OverallI got lucky I guess but I still paid for a piece that doesn’t even match or fit but thankfully the rest does.

Would I order here again, it was no but after the company reached out and did everything to support and help me, to follow up and I didn’t even ask them to, just goes to show their commitment and most importantly the after service. I would recommend to give them a chance to resolve your issue and they well, it took a day and my emails are working and anything that didn’t look right in my order got resolved.

The quality of the product is excellent, the after service excellent, the delivery excellent, give them a try, am looking forward to order more here.

I have ordered skins for my MacBook and my iPhone and had quality issues and contacted them. Instead of fixing the issue they have just accused me of bad application and since then they are trying to get my review removed rather than fixing the solution and finally they got the review deleted. So each month I will come here and write the same review and they can get it removed again. <3

Update: No worries, this one will be deleted but the original one will stay forever it’s back up so people know what kind of customer services you have <3

Item never arrived - emails chasing were only answered several weeks later after I left a review on TrustPilot, and my refund arrived 5 days after I asked for it.

Doesn't stick well to the sides of the Samsung s24 ultra. Camera lense circles are too large so just peel off. Not a great product

Bought an Ultra Skin for my new Macbook Air, with fully tracked shipping via Royal Mail. The received envelope was bent, and it's written "Do Not Bend" on the envelope. Besides, the envelope has been opened before.

Wrote in to their customer service and they reviewed the case with me, plus advised that the item is not damaged, and guided me through the installation steps.

First skin I ordered was apparently lost in post so second was send without any issues. The skin is well made and good quality. Would highly recommend this company for great costumer service and great quality products
