Absolutely useless company.
Purchased a skin for my s25 edge and a skin for a completely different (not even close) phone arrived after a month or waiting. I got in contact to tell them it was wrong they were apologetic and said they would send the correct one out, only to receive a screen protector again for a completely different phone with the order name the same as mine but different last name so if the other Dean who is waiting for his OnePlus screen protector is wondering where it is. I've got it. Tried getting in touch again but this time radio silence avoid unless you want to be chasing a company. Luckily another company is now offering them. Go else where. They aren't to busy to ask for a review so there you go, you've got what you asked for.

Item didn't have the correct cut outs. Company refused a refund despite advising on their website there is a robust return policy.

They're great priced and fitment is is perfect i would buy from these again

I asked them for a transparent Airpods Max skin to protect it from scratches.
I send them an Email and at the next day I got their response.
Unfortunately they were not able to help me but gave me very good reasons why in a very friendly tone!

supplied faulty skins and screen protectors in June 2025, screen protectors are really poorly templated and the skin would not stick to the device edges, I have contacted ultraskins 3 times (4 as of today) they have not bothered to contact me and arrange a replacement or refund despite their website saying they will reply in 48 hours, really poor service, do not risk buying from this company, if you have an issue, they will ignore you.

Very quick delivery but product wasn't good enough. I ordered a ps5 pro centre section skin and the quality is fine but it came as one piece, but the centre section of the ps5 pro is concave so the skin wouldn't apply without leaving air pockets. I had to cut the skin myself with scissors to make it apply smoothly.

I've been suing their phone skinz for some time and they are great. Perfect fit, great quaility (way better than most of other brands in the market). Their support team is fantastic and was very fast to solve questions I had. Highly recommend them. Thanks as always!

I dont usually bother with reviws unless the service is particularly good (or bad).
In this case customer service is exceptional.
1 I had an older model phone and they obliged by adding the skin for it to their catalogue within a few hours.
2. After ordering a skin for my new phone, I forgot to add the discount code (which was about to expire) to my order. They responded quickly to cancel my order allowing me to reorder with the discount code.
3. I then changed my mind (decided to get a different model phone) and again they responded quickly to my request to cancel so I was able to order a skin for the other model and in time to use the discount code.

Unfortunately got the wrong product sent but the team offered a free replacement. I opted for a refund which was processed in a timely manner. Can’t fault the customer service.

This company is without any doubt the best I've used. Great prices and quality products that are so easy to apply. There is also a YouTube clip showing how to do it. Great communication and very quick delivery. I highly recommend this company , it's product quality and service and will use them again. Fantastic 10/10

Best fitment - Ordered for my S25 ultra and fits great. This is the first time I used wrap for my phone and its great.

Note: for best results, take your time installing the wrap, be patient and better not use the phone for atleast 30 minutes so that it dries out and holds to the body properly.

Skin looks great. I have a matte black skin on a matte black desk mat, and it worked out great. I didn't take all the care I should have done with the application, but it was relatively straightforward if you follow the application video's instructions, and it looks good enough for me. The skin doesn't interfere with the thermals or ports at all.

My one suggestion for the instructions is to note that if you stretch it too much it won't go back, so be gentle when pulling the edges taut.

Skin feels very nice too, and the seams where the front and back sticker meet are much less visible in real lift compared to in these photos
