They Got The Return, Kept My Money
I returned a pair of pants, company confirmed return and said I would get a refund. Total was $55.71. Pants were received by them Nov 20, 2025. Today is Jan 13, 2026. No refund, no response to email. PayPal will not refund because pants were "as described", even though I submitted supporting documentation from company regarding refund.

Snail-pacedelivery, customer service don't care
Placed order on 16th May - now 4th June and no delivery, no delivery date, no idea what the hold-up has been. Customer service basically said "yes, it has taken a long time" and then ghosted me.
Fortunately there are cheaper, faster, and better options available, so no need to use this pathetic service again.
