- they said some of my items were not available and had not emailed me.
- I asked for a refund
- they said they do not do refunds
- I asked what was available because my items I had initially ordered still show available

- I have now sent a demand email.
- this is $135 order and I double I get a response.
- glad to see they are in Austin. I live in Texas and will make sure this gets taken care of.

They use to be a good place to order from. Half my order is not available and I am told they will refund the part of the order they did not have when they ship the part they do have. If they don’t I will dispute with my card company. I will go with another shop that is not shady.
They were so helpful that I just canceled the whole order. They will refund the order in 5 to 7 business days. If they don’t they will have card company taking the money back for me. They are very Shady. I don’t recommend them for anything at this point.

Great fast service

Ultimate vape customer support is non existent. Ordered product under there 15% off and when order went through found that the 15% was not applied. Contacted company and was told that there was a space between "friday 15" and not "friday15" and this is why 15% was not applied. When I was ask how we fix this and was told they could not.
If this is how a company handles customer support then it is obvious they do not appreciate good customers and will not purchase again from this business.
BUYER BEWARE.

Great products at a great price. Gave it a 4 star because shipping is expensive and slow.

Would be 5 stars but i have had to problems with shipment. Once did not recieve order and just recently got a damaged empty box. I emailed and asked how to resolve issue and never got a reply.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Always has whatever I’m looking for in vaping. Only thing I do not like is the Mystery Box isn’t always a mystery. Sometimes I’ll get the same juice multiple times in a row but, then again, you just can’t beat the price of $20 for over 300ml!

Arrived on time, great quality and an amazing deal.

It's not a mystery bundle box anymore. I keep getting the same flavors. I started buying monthly from you guys in January 2019, and I believe I got up to 6 or 7 flavors total. It keeps repeating. I just received my new order, today January 29th, 2020, 3 bottles (2 strawberries same brand and 1 strawberry different brand).

I really really hope there is a true mix of flavors.

I've order upwards of 15 mystery boxes at this point, and they are almost always worth the risk. I will say, there are a few flavors I've recieved that will just destroy your coils, and a few that have been absolutely gross, but those are always balanced out by two more that are decent. For the price, you definitely can't complain.

Everything was great about this buying experience. The cost, the flavors of the e juice, were terrific. We received our order only 3 days later. I'm definitely ordering again soon. I get to try new flavors, that I found out I like, but probably wouldn't have picked myself. Every flavor they sent was good.

It was very quick shipping! I have very happy I got everything in time! It’s just some of the flavor aren’t as good as I was expecting it to be, when I’ve tried these exact flavors before so I re ordered, but it just wasn’t as god this time. But other than that the shipping was quick and fast!
