A simple (as it turned out) question followed by another simple question - net result - one phone charger port replaced and one desktop computer spring cleaned.
Though I am something of a tech numpty these guys know their stuff. From a simple walk in and question I was done and (sorry for the pun) dusted in a very short time

the charger on my phone was misbehaving (I thought... a quick look at it the engineer confirmed the charger port needed a new one and immediately set too to do the necessary... I was told the price and how long the work would take.
At the same time I was advised on the cost of a spring clean for my desktop computer so I went home and brought that in as well... again, informed up front of time and cost...

a phone call advised me that all was done and I went to collect.

I am VERY pleased with both the work and the time I was without without machine.
These guys or on top of their came and deserve every accolade

Smashed my phone screen at 3pm on a Saturday. Ultimate Repairs was the only place able to get a genuine screen over the weekend and the only place willing to fix it same day. They even stayed open late to finish the job so I could take the phone home that night.

Sergios & Family are lovely, extremely knowledgable and do fantastic work. Family business, run by someone with serious tech skills and who actually cares about the customer. Phone screens are simple for him too, as he's set up to do serious multi-level circuit-board repair and BGA work. He's also a really nice, knowledgable person to talk to, too - and I was very impressed with how they looked after other customers too.

Honestly can't recommend them enough - and I'm someone that's been repairing computers for the last 25 years. A massive thank you to the whole team; I'd honestly break something else just for an excuse to go back and chat to them :)
