DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ...... I ORDERED CHAIRS IN FEBRUARY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THEM IN MAY AND THEN JUNE AND THEN THE BEGINNING OF AUGUST. GUESS WHAT? STILL NO CHAIRS. I SPENT $1,500 ON THEM. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONLY EMAIL AND YOU'RE LUCKY TO GET ANY RESPONSE. AND THEY SENT US THE WRONG TABLE AND WON'T LET US RETURN IT FOR THE RIGHT SIZE. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
I have had an order placed with this company for just under a year now. Delivery was due back in August 2018, it was then delayed to September, then late November/Early December, then January, and now I am being told lies about if this is still in china or has shipped to the UK yet.
The customer service is the worse I have ever seen, taking weeks to reply to an email (if they choose to reply that is as I still have a few unanswered) and days to reply to a Facebook message.
Oh but make sure you don't post anywhere on Facebook trying to get their attention about your missing order as they will remove the post and block you!
I now have no way of communicating with the company that is sitting on £1500 (estimate) of my money, with no idea on when the item will arrive. I am sure the table would have been great but this company is everything that is wrong with business today.
I 100% would avoid this company like the plague and would advise that everyone else does the same.
