5 ⭐️ does not even cover it!!!

I reached out to the team even before we moved into our new home, and from the very beginning Lee and Lucy were fantastic, honest, supportive, and genuinely helpful. Lucy designed our new bathroom, transforming it from something shocking into a spa-like space we absolutely love.

I can’t recommend the whole team highly enough. I gave Carl a key while I was at work, and he was completely respectful throughout the entire install. His workmanship has created a calm, dreamy bathroom that’s even better than I imagined.

I’m so glad we chose a local independent company rather than a big chain. The experience has been brilliant from start to finish, and I’m now even more excited for them to start our new kitchen in the next couple of weeks. You’ve truly helped turn our house into a home!

This is the second time we have used Ultimate Choice. We would not hesitate to recommend them, they are reliable and extremely professional.

Having returned to our house after renting for 8 years, we found the bathroom and cloakroom in a dire state and wanted it replaced as soon as we could. Wanting to keep our business local, we check out the companies nearby and was keen to get a quote from Ultimate Choice ASAP.
On calling them I spoke to Lucy in sheer desperation and she got Lee on phone. Even though he was busy he came out the same day to measure up for a quote. We then went to the showroom to see Denise to choose the items we wanted for both rooms and a date was set for fitting. Closer to the date Lee informed us that they could not get the tiles in the shade we requested, but let us know that the darker version was available. With there being little difference and our real need to get the job done, we agreed for the change. Day 1 Kyle & Greg turned up and gutted the bathroom in a day. For the next 4 days Kyle worked hard to get the 2 rooms complete, earlier than anticipated. Kyle was respectful of our property and to me, was a grafter with great work ethics and that is hard to find these days, a true asset to the company.
Also on the afternoon of the last day, all of the items to be disposed of were taken from our drive. All done and dusted in 5 days. The darker tiles were probably the better option in the end too, which did us a favour.
We just need to find the time to decorate the rooms now, but we are extremely happy with the whole Customer Service and quality of goods and professionalism of all those involved with our refits. Thank you ALL so much. We would definitely recommend your company🤩

Ultimate Choice is a good company with its heart in the right place, to provide good quality at a reasonable price. We had our bathroom completely refurbished in two stages and I am very pleased with the outcome. It is now a modern, bright and functional bathroom with a walk in shower with two heads and is a significant improvement on our previous bathroom. Lee came to measure up and when we visited the showroom we were happy to accept his recommendations. Dan carried out most of the work in a friendly, professional manner. He is hard working, took pride in his work and got his head down until the job was finished. It was a complex operation and there were minor glitches on the way which were quickly and satisfactorily ironed out and were too minor to go into detail about. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Well, it’s been 4 weeks since Ultimate Choice finished my bathroom refurbishment. Plenty of time for any defects to show up: I am pleased to say there are none. The transition from an old, tired bathroom to a new modern bath room was virtually (more later) painless. From our initial visit to Lee,s showroom to the final sign off everything went as we had hoped. The team turned up when arranged and were unfailingly polite and friendly. From Greg who did the initial rip out, through Lee the Tiler, Stuart the electrician to Dan who plumbed and added the final touches the guys were all hard working and thoroughly professional. There were a few minor snags ( including two toilets that were damaged out of the box) but these were all sorted out without any fuss. The work ran into seven days but considering that: We had the ceiling completely boarded and plastered; the plumbing was complex and that the manufacturers sent two duff toilets this was still quick work. It’s not really fair to single out one person from the team, but it’s suffice to say that if there is ever an Olympic tiling event, Lee the tiler is a cert for the gold medal. My wife and I are delighted with our new bathroom and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ultimate Choice to our friends. Alan Moore

An excellent service once again from the people at Ultimate Choice Bathrooms for my kitchen. From the first survey visit from Lee for the design and planning process. Through to completion, it was a pleasure. The work has been done to a high standard and to exactly the timetable set out at the beginning. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen. Thank you again.

We recently had two bathrooms fitted by ultimate choice bathrooms, one ensuite and a main bathroom. They did the complete job for us. They were absolutely brilliant a real pleasure to deal with from Lee who we dealt with from start to finish to the gentlemen that did the job. Kyle, greg and lee(different lee, the tiler) were all really lovely, professional and and did a superb job. Wouldnt hesiate to recommend them😀

Our bathrooms should have been done back in April, but unfortunately due to the coronavirus situation, this was put back until June. However, it was well worth the wait. Both the upstairs shower room and downstairs cloakroom looks absolutely fantastic. Ultimate Choice have a great bunch of professional and highly skilled people to do their installations. Graham was absolutely fantastic and worked very very hard, as did Lee the tiler and the plasterer. All work carried out to an exceptional standard and I would definately recommend this Company to anyone. They may not be the cheapest, but they provided excellent work for the cost. I always say, "never go cheap because you only get what you pay for" and you always end up paying out more to rectify any mistakes. I really can't thank all of them enough. Both rooms look spectacular. So if you are considering having your bathroom done, give Ultimate Choice a ring

Have recently had my bathroom installed by Ultimate choice and couldn't be more happier. From start to finish the staff where polite, hard working and always happy to help with any queries.
Had 1 or 2 minor issues, but Graham the fitter and Lee in the office worked together to sort it out efficiently.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolute sham of a company I advise to avoid at all cost promise the world take your money then leave you without washing facilities for an extra week!
Not one of their members of staff done a days work without moaning about the company and their coworkers not doing their jobs right.
You get blinded by the showroom and flashy website agree to pay top prices being promised a top quality job and materials then unfortunately realise that it's just a front for a bunch of cowboys who come in your home make you feel uncomfortable, don't respect your belongings or home,leave leaks and poor quality work I cannot say enough what an absolute terrible experience this was then after all that they hound you for the remainder balance!

BEWARE: PLEASE READ:
Ignore the web site, a small bathroom "we can easily do that in 5 days" took 11 days & was not Managed as Web Site states. They turn up anytime between 8am & 3.30pm, We had 2 water leaks, one really bad + a radiator leak, done by their 'best' plumber - 30 years with the company. Even asked for final payment BEFORE work was finished.
What went wrong:
1: Drilled through pipe in Bathroom even though it was marked as pipe threre, kitchen, including appliances flooded, told plumber, he did not even look to see the damage, but turned water off.
2: Left with a dripping radiator overnight.
3: No flushing toilet till day 5, which was then moved on day 11 which had asked not to be moved.
4: Wrong sink ordered.
5: No bathroom sink fitted till day 11.
6: Son fitted bathroom door on day 10 as we had people here on day 11 & wanted some privacy.
7: Was told on day 5 would be finished on day 6 not finished till day 11.
8: Did not turn up for 1st meeting at shop.
9: No itemized bill as promised.
10: Changed billing Friday before it was due to start on the Monday via email, no telephone call.
11. Workers asking us for work plan - which we did not have.
12: A garden over half full of rubbish left which I had to ask them to move.
ON READING YOUR REPLY, it was finished on Thursday, so the death was AFTER completion.
You told me I HAD TO pay the final balance which I thought totally unfair as you knew we were not happy with it. When I questioned this you said that you had done a job & that you had to be paid for it. You knew all along that we were not happy with it & we have noticed that where you can remove reviews you only leave the 5* ones showing. Perhaps we should go to the small claims court as we were advised to do. YOU were WRONG & you know it!!
