It’s all started so well I was promised if the sizable order was paid by 4pm I would have the delivery the following day. 2 days after and I was waiting on site all day after being told I was the second drop in the morning the driver decided to go to the borders and I never got my delivery till after 3pm

I first made contact with Mr Steven O’Neill, Business Development Manager at Ultimate Insulation when my wife and I visited the factory on 25 November last year, to view the products on offer for insulating the sub-floor of our house in Bearsden. Steven gave me invaluable and friendly advice in selecting the best choice of material which was Knauf 32 Therm Roll for the sub-floor and Steico 36 batts which I used to insulate a cold partition wall in the house. We have greatly benefited from his recommendations in our recently completed insulation project which will enable us to raise the Energy Performance Rating of our house. The wonderfully reliable service and products at great prices offered by Steven and Ultimate Insulation is something that I would recommend to anyone wishing to insulate their properties.

It's been a year since I last visited Ultimate Insulation and this year's project meant another visit to Ultimate for me as a very novice DIY'er. I am happy to report that once more I received great service from my very first (pretty vague, I'm ashamed to admit) enquiry.
