If I could give them a 0 I would. This company is a scam. Customer service is non existent. First you are tricked into a monthly subscription and then good luck trying to cancel it. They act like it has to go through congress to be cancelled. They will keep charging your card and sending product while you get emails saying we’ve sent your cancellation request to the proper department and a month later it’s still not cancelled. The only way I stopped them is reporting fraud with my credit card and showing them all the emails trying to cancel so my credit card refunded me and blocked them from any further charges. The product really doesn't do anything for you. The amounts of ingredients are not even close to effective doses that would have any affect on you. My advice is to not get involved with this illegitimate business.

They sign you on to a recurriny subscription for their products without telling/asking you. It has taken in excess of 12 emails to get them to listen to me asking to cancel the subscription and now the issue has been "transferred to our cancellation team" and of course they can't now update me with what is going on - now they just say "thank you for your patience".
I have had to contact my credit card provider to block this company from taking money out of my account again as I very much suspect they are trying to delay long enough to charge me again, and it has taken well over a month to get them to even acknowledge I wanted to cancel the subscription I never asked for or wanted in the first place.
Do not buy from Ultimapeak, they will put their grubby hands into your wallet and act confused when you ask them to stop stealing your money.
