NOT recommended (!). Bad customer service. First, my domain was black listed after migrating my website to.their VPS hosting. It was removed from the black list once I have migrated to another hosting company. Not only that but even though they acknowledged my cancellation request, they keep charginge for more than 2 months now. There are many hosting company out there, as this one is one of the worse I've ever seen, in more the 15 years of working with hosting companies.

My server was shut down without any prior notice. Later, it was re-opened for only 6 hours, and they claimed that my websites were being used for phishing. However, this is absolutely false. Even my websites with no content at all were listed in their report.
I repeatedly asked them to provide evidence, but they never provided any proof. Since then, they completely stopped responding to my messages. I migrated my server to another provider, and all of my websites are running without any issue.
This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and caused me unnecessary trouble. I strongly do not recommend their services.

I needed support to help implement our external smtp.com mail service for our website. I got Anderson Coleman on the chat and he was diligent in figuring out some of the issues we were having and making sure the dedicated server was configured properly and the DNS record to date. We run Cloudflare as well, so he was instrumental helping get all the pieces working together.
