So as I couldn't find the game instructions online, I am going to have to sit with Google translate to be able to explain the rules to my grandson...

Thanks for reaching out.
In case of breakage or damage during shipping, you have 48 hours to communicate the incident.
Please attach the following documentation:
- photo of the outside of the box (sent);
- photo of the courier's label (sent);
- photo of the inside of the box with the product and protectors (sent);
- photo of the damaged or broken product (sent);
- photo or copy of the delivery invoice attached to the parcel
(delivery note with the list of products and stamps);

I provided all of this information to Ulla Kulla on the same day, well within the 48 hours. At no point was I told to contact the courier directly (refer to e-mail above). I had no way of contacting the courier anyway as shipping was included within the cost of the shelf. So I'm not a customer of the courier, Ulla Kulla is.

I ordered a metal shelf from Ulla Kulla. The shelf arrived late and severely damaged (literally crushed as if a car had run over it). I wasn't home and the delivery company left it by my back door in a horrible condition - upside down with the legs sticking out out of the box, etc. I notified Ulla Kulla immediately. I was requested to send photos and all sorts of documentation. I provided everything requested immediately and well within the stated 48 hours. Ulla Kulla then said they were liaising with the courier. They refused to issue a refund or organise a new shelf to be delivered without liaising with the courier. I chased weekly for nearly two months. I just received an update saying that the invesitagations couldn't be confirmed and then they had the audacity to state:
"Please note that in the event of incidents when signing the delivery document (or the impossibility to sign it) in the case of orders with visible damage, it will be necessary for you to notify the transport agency within 48 hours from the delivery so that your claim can be processed."
WHAT!?!?! That's what I did through them? Horrible customer service and now I'm short £200 and no shelf. Avoid this company like the plague!

I ordered several sets of wooden hangers. They were delivered promptly with good communication. They were very well packaged and look good - just as described.

Checkout funkar utmärkt till en början, men dagar senare så ändras den till "payment failed". Alla försök därefter failar instant. Om du insisterar ger de dig IBAN info för betalning men de skickar inkassokrav från Skill Games Aps oavsett om du betalat eller inte.
Beyond värdelös support, dysfunktionell hemsida, de kommer råna dig på dubbla kostnaden oavsett om du betalar eller inte.
Undvik till varje pris, det här företaget är i princip kriminellt.

This review regards UllaKulla.se, but I'd assume the same holds for all their sites.
UllaKulla.se is owned by Skill Games Aps, I'd wager everything else they own is also a scam.
Their customer support are a bunch of robots, they do not respond, they just send the same copy/paste script over and over.
Checkout will initially go through just fine, only to days later change to "payment failed". Any subsequent attempts to pay will instantly fail. If you insist they'll give you IBAN info to pay Skill Games Aps directly, but they will still send collections at you.
Beyond worthelss support, dysfunctional website. Trying to rob you even though you already paid.
Avoid at all costs, this company is practically criminal.
