The bench arrived damaged due to the transport company. UK Work benches were swift to answer and respond to our concerns. The product is now fixed and for our troubles UK work benches are compensating us with a 4inch vice and hopefully an assorted biscuit box🤷🏼‍♂️ thanks to all concerned👍

The workbenches are of very high quality, with excellent communication from the company over email. The delivery driver was extremely helpful but be prepared to help to lift the benches from the truck.

I can highly recommend this company. Great communication and nothing was a problem with what I required. I bought the heavy duty work bench and I was not disappointed. It’s certainly is heavy duty and was exactly what I was looking for.

The 1200mm steel workbench with vice, is everything that the advert description says it is.
It's solid, extremely well made and paint finished.
It arrives on a pallet, the delivery company having phoned in advance to ensure that I'd be in .......and it's made in the UK, a real bonus.
It's everything I hoped it would be and I have no hesitation in recommending it and 'UK WORKBENCHES'.

The order process was very straight forward; and although the website was a little sparse on info' after placing the order, excelent telephone support was available throughout. The only extra piece of information which I should have liked to have had, for each bench really, was weight. Thankfully the delivery driver was very kind to a couple of OAPs and helped me wrestle the bench into my new workshop.
I love this workbench. It is so solid and strong that I can place anything anything which I can lift onto it. My only advice would be to decide whether you would want the wood top which I have (very dense and firm) or perhaps a metal top (if you do more engineering stuff, which I don't).
A great piece of kit, from a UK company, which I am sure will last for many generations to come.

Great service and great workbench

I ordered a fully built workbench. Its fantastic quality, extremely heavy, very sturdy, exactly what I wanted.

The delivery was not good.
- Ordered May 24th, delivered July 2nd
- It turned up at the incorrect time. It was supposed to be 4 pm, but it ended up being a random time, in my case 11 am, so my workspace wasn't clear and I had to rush to clear it.
- It was a 1 person delivery, even though this workbench would require two people to get it off the pallet. The pallet it came on, the workbench had slid off it, so I was forced to help with delivery and had to lift it and awkwardly put it back on. The delivery driver asked me what to do to try and fix the situation.
- After getting the bench in place, it was clear there were a few paint scratches, dings and bumps. Not a problem, UK Workbench is sending out spray paint for me to make a quick repair.
- I had to hurt my back helping the delivery person

Ordered a super heavy duty workbench, delivery was late and additional purchase of 5" vice was omitted, however Ben was very helpful and all was sorted with one phone call.
Delivery company very helpful by assisting in lifting workbench innplace.
Quality is good and strong, i'm sure this is a lifetime purchase for my workshop.
