Great customer service!
Great customer service! As I submitted an application for our four family members, I did not realize a mistake was made. A big one. The specialist handling my application called to remedy the error within ten minutes of the submission. I was able to recitify the problem and keep us on track for a trouble free visit to the UK within minutes. I was grateful she agreed to stay on the line while I made the correction. Absolutely marvelous! Highly recommend.

CAUTION - non official website and refund policy is misleading
CAUTION: Refund policy is a lie.
I wrongly started a visa request on their website but I didn't submit the passport scan, just the initial form before the payment. As soon I realized I was on the wrong website, I requested for a 100% refund, which was refuse (only partial) - no more than two hours passed !
I was refunded 41€ and not the total 94€.
If feel like I was rubbed (52€), for doing leterally nothing.
Please be aware that for UK Visa this is not the official UK ETA (gov.uk) and that you will pay 4 times more than needed.

This site is a scam
This site is a scam, 300 - 400% markup for the price of the visa & no idea where the info you submit ends up. Do not provide them your personal information & photos - please just don't. My mistake was doing trip planning after a long day. I started the "visa application" process on this site and didn't immediately spot the red flags I would have if I had been less tired. Main flag: the cost was a 350+% markup from the actual visa issued through the uk gov website if I had just searched another 2 min that evening. Next flag: the payment processed all the way through without asking me any info aside from email and payment details. I had an awful feeling about 1 second after I hit submit. That's when instinct kicked in and I shut down that payment source to any future charges - just in case. In case I was being too suspicious, tho, I did send in a contact email thru the ukvisaportal site directly. If I recall - no phone number was available (another flag, of course)
In the following days, I did not get a response to my own email but received many emails asking for waaayyy more detail than is needed for this visa. Ugh! Imagine what they may do with all that extra info + your photos... By this point, I had done what I should have initially - checked for online reviews, googled the site name followed by "scam" "legit" and such, read thru social threads, found the official UK gov site. Tried once more to contact this org directly, no response. So I disputed w/ proof through my bank, and it was pretty quickly confirmed this was not a legit charge.
From the email I sent directly to their support at the ukvisaportal site, I finally got a response FOUR MONTHS later, and quite a bit after our travel was done. The email also cc'd a random yahoo email using a version of my name w/ a number combo (wth?)
Use the official gov.uk site, pay a little over $20 rather than nearly $100 per visa. We had our visas through the legit gov site w/in hours if I recall, and none of all the extra silliness this ukvisaportal tried.

Real customer support instead of automated responses
One thing I appreciated was being able to speak with actual support staff when I had questions about my selfie photo requirements. Most online visa services just send automated responses, but here the communication felt personal and genuinely helpful. The approval process moved quickly afterward and I received regular updates until everything was completed.

Helped me organize a last-minute family trip to the UK
