Order cancelled not received refund order no UVS-2088

I placed an order for a vape and ended up waiting over 2 weeks with no updates. After chasing them via email I finally got a response saying my order had been cancelled at my request which is an absolute bollocks and that my payment had not been refunded.

This was at the end of January and I still haven’t received my money back.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Proper scam avoid at all costs!!!!

Ordered 20 RandM disposable vape before the ban came in.
I specifically wrote on the comment section not to substitute any flavours, if not in stock to refund me for those not available.
I was refunded for 2 vapes they sent me 16 out of 18 Vapes. 2 was missing & 4 other flavours which I did not order.
COMPLETELY IGNORED MY EMAILS & CHAT OVER THE THRE WEBSITE

Ordered some disposable vapes day before the uk ban to stock up. Was told the next day they had shipped, only to have my order cancelled and refunded four days after that. Complete waste of time and my last chance to stock up on disposable vapes.

Have had nothing but problems , been told lies and ignored still waiting for my delivery, was told sent last Wednesday, then this week told sent Friday I am now being ignored after sending them a screen shot of the conversation, I will not be using them again and would advise you all to avoid , check there Facebook page I am not the only one !

Amazing customer service! They didn’t have the vape kid I ordered and I was going on holidays,I had ordered a vape kit from another retailer a few days back and the same thing had happened,however,they decided to send me only part of my order without notifying me of the kit being out of stock and it was a nightmare to get my money back, plus their customer service ignored me for a whole week.

So you can imagine,second time I order a kit and it happens to be out of stock AGAIN? I really thought f this at some point,however,The ukvapestore cs advisor got in touch with me straight away and told me to get a mod and they threw a tank and some e liquids for me for free😱 so in the end I got a waaaaay better vape for less money.

I could not be happier, this was my first time trying a vape and they made it super easy for me to quit cigarettes!

The e liquids are great and I will be definitely only buying from them from now on!💃🏻
