Absolute con.
Let you place an order, take your money. Leave you hanging a few days, then you receive an email to say refunded.
However refund can take up to 10 days.
My point is no communication as to why. First rule of customer service… then secondly refund can take UP TO 10 days. So for instance, you live within your means, you could potentially have to wait that long to get funds back to then be able to find elsewhere.
Also there chat - reply immediately! Well that’s not factually correct either. Yes it maybe 8.08am but don’t put what you don’t do.
So folks, use at your own risk.
For this reason zero stars from me!
