Been scammed i ordered a carpet cleaner for 35 pound been waiting a couple of weeks. Looked again today and yesterday and today they have attempted to deliver but could not find the address. My address is easy to find its on a road and not down an alley or cul de sac. I tried contacting them but my email won't send to them it just relays back. Thanks Facebook for showing me the ad
Also ordered a pool hoover and got a string bracelet… Definitely a scam shop. Facebook should do more to police they promote to their customers.
SCAM shop - ordered a pool hoover and received a string bracelet. STAY AWAY ****
Same as the rest. All I got was a piece of tat.
Trustpilot, how come all these one star reviews add up to a 2 star review overall?
Do not order from these, took my money and apparently sent out to a none existent address. I'm trying to contact them but Emails are bouncing back... Stay away, absolutely dreadful. Keep your money, don't send it here.
Same as alot of others waited 3 weeks after ordering pool vacuum and received a piece of string with a small charm
You will not receive what you payed for I ordered a pool hover and received an item worth no more than 20p
Email address appears not to exist when trying to contact re return/refund.
Do not use them
Same as other reviews, ordered a swimming pool cleaner and received a charm bracelet.
Email bounced back.
Do not use
I had been looking for pool cleaners and inadvertently came across the robotic one on sale from UKtoptool.com. I actually was in process of doing some research, when my little one ordered (one-click) whilst using my phone (lesson learned and 'one-click' turned off). I tried to email to cancel but didn't get a response just an order shipped email. As I needed a pool cleaner, thought I'd give it a chance. However, nearly two weeks later the delivery tracking shows as delivery attempted: address could not be found! Now, I regular order items and never have an issue with companies finding my property- clearly have few signs with house number and road name on. Tried to email twice and both times bounce back almost immediately. Looks like I'll have to flag this now with my bank. SCAM!
SCAMMERS I ordered a robot pool cleaner that never arrived and they do not reply to emails.
As per the other 2 reviews I ordered a pool cleaner and have received a charm bracelet, there is no way of contacting them as emails bounce back, do not use!
Definitely a scam I received a crappy charm Instead of my pool cleaner. Can't get a response from them at all and have contacted my bank
Scammers be aware. Sent a tacky charm for a bracelet instead of a robot pool cleaner. Was meant to be sent via royal mail tracked delivery, instead it was sent from China and then when it got to the UK they used a small spanish owned delivery company operating in the UK.
