There's something very wrong here. I purchased an item for £63 from this company's website but after 10 days of no replies to emails and zero response, including no item delivered, I gave up. Luckily, I had used Paypal and they gave me an instant refund. Before you consider buying from them I suggest emailing to see if you receive any answer. All very strange.

I bought something from them at a discounted price on eBay. They then contacted me to say it was a glitch and that I must pay the difference (£110) or I must cancel the order to get my refund. Very naughty way to operate a business. A complaint has been lodged.

Was abit nervous about the quality but I needn’t of been. Excellent quality blade and chisels. Paid extra for before noon delivery and arrived before 1030 the next day. Great service

I needed a set of small metric spanners (4mm A/F - 10mm) and would have been prepared to pay more for a better quality set but could not find what I wanted form a branded manufacturer.
This set will do the job but would not use them to apply any significant torque. The open-ended ends of these combination spanners are OK but the rings are really badly formed and almost unusable but you get what you pay for. Second class postage at £3.99 seems excessive but other then that the supplier seems OK

Product very good price for what I wanted. PTI mini adapter clamp which I use for holding small jewellery pieces whilst working on them, more expensive from jewellery suppliers. Arrived quickly too.

Delivery was pretty quick. The countersink tool that I bought - although not the cheapest being Colbalt, the finish of countersinks in wood has so far been superb

Shocking lack of service. No response to my emails. Paid for next day delivery, still waiting for my refund 7 days later. Avoid.
