Poor communication and no delivery information
I've heard nothing since I made my order. Not even any information on time scales for delivery. I have no idea when to expect my order. Also nothing on their website while I was making my purchase about delivery times.
Update as of 7/01/2025
So, I emailed them and asked if they could give some information on when to expect delivery, this is the response I got:
"It was send out for delivery. You will get it in couple of days".
Terrible response, no help, completely useless.
As of the 10/01/2024, still not received. The tracking number provided, since 03/01/2024 has said the same thing, still waiting for parcel to be received.
I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and had no reply, so far.
Think I've seem scammed!!

Tool trolley with tools
Tool trolley great. Delivery info is bad, no traking on the parcel. Case with the sales saying 3-4 day and parcel arrives after 2 weeks.

Parcel arrived destroyed..these things can happen but….. I’ve sent 2 emails with a photo and not even a reply I will not purchase from this company again, also took ages to dispatch!

Good quality trolley jack. Very good value for money. First class customer service. excellent communication.
I would have no problem at all to use this company again and again. Small problem with delivery speed BUT NO FAULT WITH THE SELLER.
IF YOU NEED GOOD QUALITY TOOLS AT A VERY GOOD PRICE.
