Very pleased with UK Tile sales. There was a shortage of what I ordered, I received a phone call explaining the situation and an agreed solution sorted out. I have had a couple of conversations with them and found them very friendly, helpful,obliging and understanding. It has been a pleasure dealing with them. Would highly recommend. The packaging was damaged when the…
The packaging was damaged when the tiles were delivered and a number of the tiles were also damaged. Despite the packing being different colours, when checked the tiles all had the same product labels. When the tiler started to apply the tiles they notices the tiles were two distinctly different shades. To be fare to the supplier, they did ask for photo's and confirmed they would exchange the incorrect tiles and replace the damaged ones but due to the project deadline the tiling was applied in a mixed colour pattern. Shouldn't have happened from the start so a very disappointing experience.

UK tile sales were really easy to deal with
UK tile sales were really easy to deal with, and a good price compared to others.
One of the boxes of tiles was damaged and I had 6 broken tiles, clearly the fault of the carrier not UK tiles.
When I contacted UK tiles they offered to replace the damaged tiles without question.
I'd use them again.
