If I can give less than one star I…

If I can give less than one star I would! Avoid this company like the plague. They will take your money, give you excuses, send you a fake mailing label that anybody can create and tell you the package is in route. It’s all a lie and you will lose your money and waste your time. Yana, Viktoria and Danylo are all liars. I have found many sites that people have created about them especially on Facebook. People are commenting about what they do. People have been leaving comments on their own pages created about the scam of a company just Google Primelux, and you will see.

אני
“I want to warn everyone about this company and their fraudulent behavior. On November 26, 2024, I paid $1,496 for hair extensions ordered from a factory in Poland through a representative named Victoria. Initially, Victoria was polite and promised that the products would be shipped to me within five days.

After five days passed, I contacted her, and she apologized, claiming there were delays due to holidays or issues at the factory. She even sent me pictures of products supposedly in preparation, but they did not match what I had ordered.

When I asked for a refund, she said she needed to check with her managers. Since then, she has completely stopped responding to my messages and calls.

I feel like I have been scammed. I paid a significant amount of money, and I have not received the products or a refund. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Their behavior is dishonest and unethical.”

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. Has been 90 days since my order was placed and a refund was promised as they could not fulfil. Still have not received a refund and they are non-responsive now. Should be ashamed of themselves.

It’s a SCAM

It’s a SCAM.
They just took the money and didn't send anything. At first they were very polite and talked me into buying more than I wanted. They promised fast delivery, that the hair would arrive in a week. I wrote to them every day. I begged and threatened. At first they said they would send it tomorrow. And then they stopped answering altogether. Be careful!

🛑 Avoid !!! SCAMMERS 🛑

Absolutely Scam !! Don’t even know where to start.

I have ordered straight hair they sent wavy/ curly hair but STRAIGHTENED them so when arrived ( 2 weeks late ) I didn’t know until my client wash them.
They were horrible and like straw and they said they can’t accept return for used hair !! Im sorry but what the actually f ! They have sent rubbish quality hair and different texture than ordered and tied cover it straightened them !!

The order was 2 weeks late I had to move my client’s appointment and they was saying it’s due to factory moved to different place and just kept lying about the date when the hair going to be ready.

The colours was different than ordered also and the quality was just the worse hair I have ever seen in my life ! The hair was shorten than should be and less in grams than should be ! On messages they have told me they sent more hair than I paid which was another lie as I weigh them and it was actually less than I paid !
The keratin tips was horrible, all messy and the hair was falling off it.

I made 2 orders - 1st the border taxes was additional £100 when no one ever said that and I have ordered hair from different warehouses and never had this issue before. Then with 2nd shippment they have told me to pay to private account to avoid this extra charges - well very cleaver because you can’t claim this with your bank if you just transfer money to private account!!!

They have scammed me for hundreds pounds !! Never sent money to their private accounts.

Also very first payment they have sent link to me and instead of £450 it took £600 from my account, they said they will refund it but because it was in dollars they only refunded £550 because the rate “changed “ so basically they have made £50 profit straight away !

AVOID, they are SCAMMERS!

This company is owned by Yana and her husband Serhi (google them for company info) I flew to Warsaw Poland the first time I purchased hair from them and felt as though the huge quantities of hair all looking similar was a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. You can see throughout their factory there is a lot of black and thick curly hair along with large scale dyeing/chemical processing facilities so the hair is clearly not authentically Slavic. They are chemically processing what I believe is Indian/Asian hair and then passing this off as Slavic hair.
Nonetheless, I placed a first order whilst back in the UK for itips that I urgently needed. My order came however, the itips were HUGE and couldn’t even fit a 4mm copper bead which resulted in them refusing to give me a refund and sending me an instructional video on how to re-tip the hair extensions myself (very inconvenient and time intensive) with no apology.
I desperately needed hair this July for a wedding and I placed my order on 28th June expressing the urgent nature of the order. I was told to pay by Revolut into Serhi’s personal account. They accepted my order without even telling me that the hair wasn’t in stock and that I should wait 1 week for dispatch. A week passed and NOTHING, they then informed me after much chasing that I would need to wait another 2-3 weeks until I get the hair (makes sense why, the hair is clearly coming from overseas for them to chemically process and pass off as Slavic!)
I therefore said this isn’t good enough, I have a wedding I am styling and need the hair and therefore asked for a refund.
It has been 3 days of calling and messaging both the owner Yana and her colleague Victoria who mans the MY HAIR WhatsApp and phone line. (+380 73 070 7079)
I have been completely ignored and they are telling me they have no money in their company bank account to refund me the £410 that I spent and that this is dependant on them getting orders from other customers. “We need to earn this money we do not have it for now” despite saying they would return it two days in a row. Yana has now blocked me on WhatsApp and is avoiding all contact!
A complete waste of time, effort, money and a real stressful nightmare.
My Hair Ukraine, Poland and what ever aliases they go under are not professional people, Yana has ignored every message and call from myself and now blocked me they are SCAMMERS and as a word of caution, PLEASE shop elsewhere.
They will swindle you out of your money and go missing WITH YOUR MONEY, they have now moved location to another part of Poland (Wrocław) so you cannot trace them! I will be taking this matter further with the police, Revolut bank and the European Commission for fraud and will be seeking a legal representative to take this to small claims court. AVOID like the plague if you value clean cut, honest business and value transparency!

Avoid

I paid over £700 for my order. Hair was delivered after a month, despite them saying they will be dispatched within 3 days. So you can only imagine where they really came from… the quality is not the best. Definitely not Slavic hair! As a professional, I cannot use these hair on my clients without compromising my reputation. Additionally, I had ordered a colour ring which was not included in the delivery. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive any response or refund from your team.
Be careful.

Cut out the middle man and buy direct.

The quality of the hair is superior to any brands in the USA. Communication with the company is excellent. I speak to a real person and they show me my bundles prior to shipping. The amount I pay is reasonable and better than what I pay USA brands. It's about a three week turnover time from my initial order, which works well for me as I keep hair in stock. There are some international processing fees that I pay but the cost is still better than if I went through USA distributors. I find the Slavic hair textures match my clients much better than Asian hair.
