Dear Miss Natalie,
you ask me to give a judgment on your service, well I can say that it was an excellent experience for me, my interlocutor / translator was up to the situation, competent and good, considering the time available to us!
However a small personal idea of mine, for heaven's sake don't think badly for this, I said that the cost is a bit excessive for a video conference of a few minutes!
