Toxic, Biased, and Unprofessional Workplace

I worked at UKMC (UK Management College) and experienced a completely toxic, biased, and bullying work environment. Despite working hard and following instructions across four different job roles — for which I was underpaid — I was met with poor management and hostility.

The manager’s limited English skills caused constant miscommunication, and HR seemed to take guidance from one individual “favourite” rather than handling matters fairly. Staff are fired without proper reason, often after being deliberately upset. The head of admissions sets an unreasonably hostile tone, and anyone not meeting their personal standard is quickly removed.

British Values, Prevent Duty, Equality and Diversity, and other legal workplace obligations are completely ignored. The culture is vile, intimidating, and emotionally damaging — I’ve seen colleagues reduced to tears before being dismissed.

If you value professionalism, fairness, and respect in a workplace, I strongly advise avoiding UKMC.

Complete misconduct and hostile

Complete misconduct and hostile towards the new staff, they feel intimidated by people that has more experience in management.

The HR manager and other managers in certain roles have little to no experience in managerial roles, which causes people to leave the job or quickly become dismissive and blame the new staff.

A completely biased workplace - most managers can't understand basic English, never mind the Business and professional English, which causes the downfall and miscommunication. Few of the managers are malicious and vile towards the staff.

They don't do professional and logistic check, they only listen from one person that hate precise people and wanting them out of work regardless the effort of working hard and doing the managers job as they are clueless and often feel intimidated by someone who are more experienced.
