I ordered items on 02/12/15. I paid postage claiming it would arrive between 2-6 days I am still awaiting its arrival 17 days later and counting. I have contacted them by email and via their contact us page, on their website 3 times and had no response. The contact number on the website and on this review site don't exist. I am currently in contact with my banks fraud department.
DO NOT MAKE ANY ORDERS OR YOU WILL LIKELY LOSE YOUR MONEY

Take note magicians everywhere their service is superb.

Amazing trick, didn't realize how much fun I would have learning the moves.

The order arrived very fast, everything was in good condition, I've even got a candy with my stuff. It was simply amazing!!

Here's my story:

Ordered some posters. Was not advised when they would be dispatched or given courier/tracking details. Courier failed to deliver as I work and have to arrange to be home if expecting a delivery. Courier said they left a card but they didn't. Got cctv showing this. Item was returned to warehouse. Called and paid an additional £10 to get items delivered on a specified day. Items not delivered as had not been sent. When I called I was told the items has been damaged in transit. I said it was ridiculous and asked for my order to be cancelled. The lady on the phone advised me that I shouldn't order from them or anywhere if I won't be at home to collect it. (Moron, thanks for the advice). Very rude. Asked to cancel order and confirmation of cancellation and refund. Still not received 8 hours later.

ukmagictricks.com are a great company to deal with, any queries were answered within hours. I would definitely recommend them to others. I was a little disappointed with 'the bricks' they don't really look much like a house brick to be honest but they're for my Godmother and I'm sure she'll be happy with them. Delivery good they arrived on the given date. Postage a bit high for two pieces of light sponge though.

The Multiplying Pringles trick works very well - it is rather expensive but an impressive routine..The kit is well made and reusable many times with care. The DVD sound could be a little clearer in places but the instructions overall are clear and easy to follow. Very satisfied

Very competitive prices and free delivery. The products seem to take approximately three days to despatch. Despite this, I received my goods in excellent condition within five days. I would recommend without hesitation.

Item was dispatched by overnight mail, but only after telephoning 8 days after the order was placed, (it had to come from America first). The young man was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone and even called me back when it was dispatched but I should have been warned about the delay when I ordered it. I thought it was in stock.
