‘Fantastic Customer Service’ from this company!
I purchased a Rattan Garden corner set in 2020 and stupidly misplaced a cushion seat pad July 2022, I contacted them to ask if they could possibly give me a cost to replace it, a reply came back from Daniel, saying that he would look into it and get back to me asap, tbh, I thought that would be the last I heard from them, but, low and behold, 10 days later, out of the blue, I received a new cushion from them in the post, WOW! Just Wow!
How good of them was that.
