Absolutely fantastic service they provide! The whole process from start to finish is very sleek. There is no pressure from the initial sales team; they give you all the information you need and more. Also, the in-person consultations are very important and very informative.

On the day of the hair transplant, again, the team was brilliant. I really could not fault anything; the team that works with the doctor on the day is also brilliant. The aftercare support you get from text and phone calls, if required, is always at hand.

Uk Hair Transplant Clinics surpassed my expectations in everyway. The initial consultation was thorough and informative, and the team took great care in explaining and answering my questions. The transplant itself went smoothly, and the aftercare staff have been incredibly supportive. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with hair loss.

All in all was a good experience, staff were very nice ,helpful and answered all questions I had prior and post operation.

From the moment I embarked on my journey to Manchester Piccadilly from Northants, everything was seamlessly arranged. My stay was at a nearby hotel, just a short walk from the clinic, providing a comfortable and convenient base. The treatment was scheduled at the pristine Pall Mall Medical Centre, which was only a six-minute walk from the hotel.

Dr. A Elgindi, alongside his dedicated team - Rosa, Ali, and Molly - provided a welcoming and professional atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Their passion and attention to detail were evident throughout my hair transplant surgery, ensuring every aspect of the procedure was conducted with precision and care.

The clinic's environment was immaculate and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the team. I felt truly prioritised and cared for, and the results were nothing short of brilliant. Dr. El Gindi even took the time to walk me partway to the train station after my procedure, a personal touch that exemplified their commitment to patient care.

I am immensely grateful for the exceptional treatment I received and cannot praise Dr. El Gindi and his team enough. All the members of the surgical team and reception were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Elgindi gave me a full explanation of the procedure and I was constantly reassured and asked if I was comfortable as the surgery progressed.

I was feeling anxious leading up to the day of surgery. All the technicians involved must have really understood this and were tremendous with the reassurance and support they offered throughout the day. I Really appreciated everybody's empathic attitude. It made the day a pleasurable experience

The staff were very helpful. Made me feel very welcome. Also got to watch a movie while getting my hair done. Which made the time fly by.

I asked for a quote late Tuesday, received a call Wednesday am which I couldn’t take, called back Wednesday pm couldn’t get through so left a message. They called back Wednesday pm and arranged a consultation for Friday pm….very busy! Appointment arranged for Friday pm…
Texts then start coming through…confirm appointment….why, I only spoke on the phone to you a couple of hours ago, but okay….then a text on Wednesday at 14:40 ….”WE NEED YOUR HAIR LOSS PHOTOS” please send photos of your areas of concern….8pm, text saying we need your pics by 8am or we will cancel the appointment on Friday.
That’s all I needed…toodles!!

UK Hair Transplant Clinics were recommended to me by a colleague who had successful treatment with them. I initially went for consultation back in 2018 and was actually advised that at that time I had too much hair. However six years later I returned and I am now one week post treatment. The support staff consisting of Chelsea and Ashleigh has been great. On the day in Manchester, Tetiana and her team looked after me very well. Recommended.

Fantastic from start to finish. Was made to feel comfortable throughout the procedure Dr Elgindi and his team were brilliant very knowledgeable. Was even treated to a few song from the girls during the procedure. A special mention to Chelsea my patient coordinator who has been brilliant. Top class service and would highly recommend to any thinking about have a transplant

I had a hair transplant done a little over 6months ago ! I had a surgeon called mani ! Absolute legend this bloke ! Proper friendly and chatty... you do have to understand his humour but generally a great guy and a fantastic surgeon. The work carried out was phenomenal! I would highly recommend!
A big thankyou to the all technicians - Mollie , Rosa , Alicia who also helped mani ! They where also fantastic with me , made me feel welcome and always conversating during the procedure to ensure your alright ! Brilliant technicians !
