STRANGE ONE, ordered 40 B grade titleist tour soft as it coming in to winter golf and they are great round the greens.
Week after receiving despatched email, still no balls. Emailed to see what was going on... nearly instant reply, they apologised and said they didn't have enough in stock of what i wanted and offered to top it up with other balls. I asked for titleist AVX ( my normal ball of use) but more expensive, or Srixon soft feel. Still a decent ball. They said no problem, Shipped next day with 24 hour delivery. Lovely 👍. Then to my surprise, received 15 pretty much A grade Avx, 10 A grade pro v1s, 12 srion z stars (great ball) and 3 titleist tour soft. Took a few days longer then expected but definitely got a better deal. 🤙

The customer service with UKgolfdeals is probably the best I have come across.
I was informed when I initially purchased the golf balls there would be a short delay on delivery due to high demand , the delivery of the order was split into 2 parts to ensure I had enough balls to carry on playing, after the 1st part was recieved the balance was recieved shortly after.
This is the second time I have purchased from UKgolfdeals, and I will not hesitate to deal with them again in the future.

I ordered 80 balls, but only 40 were delivered, however after speaking directly with Don, the issue was very quickly resolved. I will be buying from them again, the service was good and the balls were great!

Ordered 80 golf balls, mixed Srixon. Only half ordered arrived, immediately emailed Ukgolfdeals, on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting a reply until the Monday. Recieved a response, within minutes, apologising for only half the order being sent out and promise of rest of order being dispatched on Monday. Don was briliant to deal with and after a few emails and a cheeky request from me, Don is including an other free glove. Will defo be ordering from Don again, brillant customer service.

Product delivered was per what was advertised. Had to email company regarding delivery, not their problem, which was dealt with swiftly by Don. Wouldn’t have any issues placing further orders with UK Golf deals.
