High service fee for no service
Onfortunanetly I did not notice that this was not a government website but a 'service provider'. For a high fee they provide not the good service that you would expect. After contacting the company about the fact that I was not happy to discover that they are not a goverment website (because they do not state clearly enough that they are not) and that they have a lot of personal information of me, the only sollution i was offered was that they would refund me a part of the money. I gave them a week but I never did receive the money. Please be carefull when you book a ETA that you book it via the government website and not via a company that pays a high google fee so that they are the first pop up and benefit from people that just quickly want to plan a trip.
