Good delivery time
The service provided is good, and the website fairly easy to use. Delivery is free next day on orders over £60 - I think there could be benefits of reducing this cost for next day delivery but it arrived the following day through Royal Mail with no issues albeit late on in the day.

Order went missing
Order went missing and they tried to help me solve it and then went silent on my emails when they couldn't sort it out. They have my money. Royal mail has their money but I am out of pocket. Not reliable. In the end, Ioannis was amazing at helping me sorting things out
