Online purchase process absolutely diabolical. Took me 5 attempts to buy 4 coins. What an ordeal !! They said my credit card wasn't acceptable (never had a problem in 20 years with the Coop), my security number was incorrect, and the monotonous procedure to get to the checkout stage. The whole experience was a complete and utter shambles. The worst site I've purchased from in over a decade. Also 75% of the items advertised was out of stock. Definitely 'Mickey Mouse' territory
