Beware, they are scammers, they took my money and stopped responding. I messaged them everywhere, including on X and linkedin, no response whatsoever.

Beware of these scammers.
Just take a close look at the majority of the comments.
They're all 5 stars, what they do is quickly to counter any negative (but real) review as soon as possible to cover up.
You can't claim to offer good service where some people will rate 5 stars and others will give just 1 star, it doesn't make any logical sense.

Please don't do business with them, they're thieves!!!

Just to add to the litany of complaints here.
The sad part is I didn't check for reviews before engaging(very unlike me) and I paid for it.

I am doing this to make sure others don't fall in the same trap

Once they are able to convince you to pay that initial 50%, that's it. they send you some nonsense generic templates and leave you hanging.

This is not just poor customer service, this is a well orchestrated scam using the very attractive "ukcitizenship" domain name to defraud people

they stopped replying my emails so
I went ahead to use the template I was provided to put together the evidence myself and I got rejected

For the very last time, DONOT ENGAGE!
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

The scam is too good, I almost applauded them, they used fake names on LinkedIn, Deniz Akdeniz(an Australian Actor's name), the documents they sent was looking so professional, I had my doubts when I saw that the mail template got disorganised sometimes but I just thought it's one of those browser glitches. Paid them the initial deposit (I'm still in severe pains), then they sent me very generic and useless templates to use for my documents. This was in no way close to what they promised. They promised to help review all documents and also give a proper guideline. They lied. They obviously know nothing. These guys will do a video call with you. They're that bold. Once you send them your documentation, it's radio silence. These bastards have stopped replying ever since. I believe what they did was that they actually did real work initially for some people to lure more people in for their grand scam or maybe they just paid some fools to help validate their credibility (fraudulence) on Trustpilot. Anyways, lesson learnt the hard and expensive way but God will punish each and everyone of them wherever they are, it's a matter of time. DONT LET THESE BASTARDS GET YOU TOO. RUN

Very horrible experience.
Once you are lured to pay the 50percent deposit, they go silent.
You keep chasing them with mails. They give you generic templates. I don't think they have any expert to review as claimed.
Do not use them. You'll end up wasting your money

The worst service provider I have ever engaged.
I was deceived at the beginning that the process was seamless.
However, it took us almost a year to complete the documentation process, with the changing of case officers multiple times due to the officers deciding not to respond to my emails countless times.
When I thought the hurdles had been crossed and it was time for the proper application process to start, my fear was renewed when they stopped responding to my email all over again.
After countless emails to them and also reporting them to the UK immigration office, my deposit was finally returned to me after wasting my time and resources.
I will never recommend this firm to anyone.

UK Citizenship is easily the worst service ever, after collecting a 50% deposit, they sent an email full of generic templates (unsuited to my use-case), ridden with grammatical errors. They will not reply to your emails on time, except when they're still gearing up to fleece you of your money.

Avoid them like the plague.

I was approached by a Rep, Laurence last year December 2023 on LinkedIn. I was looking to re-apply for Technation and my visa at the time was due to expire in May 2024 so, I agreed to go ahead. I made the initial deposit in December 2023.

At first, they seemed genuine, but few weeks into the whole process, sometime around February, they started ghosting me. They go weeks without updating me, I send a couple of reminder emails without getting a response. Bear in mind, that I agreed to their very expensive service and paid way early (December 2023) because I was targeting getting a decision before my visa expired (May 2024), which I made sure to highlight to them.

Fast forward to April, we had not moved past the first stage of about 4 stages. The second stage according to the timeline they had shared was going to take another 4 weeks. It was unreasonable to continue that journey as my Visa was expiring the following month. I sent a mail detailing how terrible the experience had been and how they had fallen short of their part of the contract and thus, demanding a refund of my deposit. THEY HAD THE GUT TO REPLY TO THIS HOURS AFTER (they had been ignoring my emails asking for a follow-up for WEEEEKSS!!!), telling me I cannot get a refund.

I felt scammed and duped!

To anyone reading, only go into business with these people if you don't value your time, energy, and money and you're ready to get ignored, frustrated and eventually feel scammed!

These guys will give you the most frustrating experience ever! My experience with them and some of my colleagues was terrible. For your sake, DO NOT use these guys. You will regret it!

I used UK Citizenship successfully in 2022 and went on to refer a close friend of mine. He signed the contract and paid the initial fee in September 2023, but they never fully commenced the process despite numerous emails and calls. Unfortunately, due to their time wasting and lack of response, the Home Office has withdrawn his application (note that the home office sent him emails regarding this and he notified them but they did nothing). I am putting this out as a disclaimer, as I had posted a positive review based on my initial experience in 2022. I would strongly advise anyone against using them and I am happy to introduce you to my friend to hear his very painful experience. He is currently trying to get a refund back from the company.
