Scam. They never allow you to withdraw in any way, complicating communication and delaying every process. Yoi deposit your money, you never take it out, no matter how much you win. Screams scam.

Very good company to deal with :)

IMHO, they've been a very good company to deal with, especially in this trying time due to the pandemic :)

Courteous updates on stock and orders, which were delayed because of the huge spanner thrown into the entire World's delivery and warehousing systems, were most appreciated!

Highly recommend UKAcheryShop.co.uk to everyone

Embarrassingly bad company

Bought a crossbow and a set of bolts on Tuesday, had to email constantly for info on why my order hadn't been sent, then they said they didn't receive my proof of age that I emailed them as soon as I made my order.

After constantly emailing them they bothered to reply saying they were busy and they would dispatch the next day, they didn't. On Friday I received my crossbow, not the Wednesday that I paid for. On the crossbow box they had the cheek to write "bolts to follow asap".... Waited in all day Saturday for nothing, I give up.

The first and absolute last time I will use UK Archery Shop, avoid these jokers at all cost.

To the reply from them- I waited in all week after paying a tenner for next day delivery, you didn't tell me it wasn't coming just took the payment. I wasted an entire week because of your laziness and you even had a poor attitude via emails when I asked where my £160 worth of goods were.

So many better companies out there that I'll use instead.

Hi
Sorry 99% of customers are understanding about the severe delays from the far east which we kept you constantly updated on daily, sorry there is a virus shutting down factories and also causing shipping issues but you did get it...1 day late....thanks for your reply.

Banners said there was a 5% discount on the £380.00 spent. Not passed on though when I played. They refused to resolve the issue. Lost a customer here.

Misleading, Rude, Unprofessional, Avoid...

I had a query regarding a £350 order placed so I emailed their customer service email address. I was greeted with a less than professional reply from Chris (Sales Manager apparently) which then turned in to completely farcical email trail ladened with question marks and emoji's. I have never received such patronising and unprofessional emails from a 'business' and my simple question turned in to Chris suggesting I cancel my order.

Don't bother using their 'back in stock' reminder service as they send out emails saying that items are back in stock with a 'Buy Now' button when they actually aren't. It then takes you to the product web page where a few second delay enables you to click 'Add to Cart' without any notification that it is still a pre-order item and not actually back in stock. Before I even tried explaining this issue, Chris was very defensive and started explaining what 'pre-order' meant by using the word 5 times in one sentence. When I actually explained the issue to Chris, he couldn't care less and it has since become apparent that it's probably because he's already aware and it's a deliberate ploy to mislead and lure in customers to pay for / pre-order items which still aren't in stock.

I was fully prepared to wait for the item as a pre-order but Chris didn't even allow me to get to that point. He has since refunded the order and this is the only positive thing that came from the ordeal.

In my experience, people like this in business are a liability and should be avoided at all costs.

Edit: Just read his reply below. It sums him up completely.

I am absolutely amazed at your 'STORY', the item is a pre-order, it says pre-order now for delivery in may on the picture, it says pre order on the button to checkout it doesn't even say buy it now it clearly says pre-order now for due in may, the description page of the item in large bold RED text clearly says PRE ORDER for May Delivery, again the picture of the item clearly says PRE ORDER ONLY, you ordered a day ago and ranted where is your order today , i explained politely its pre-order im not sure how you could of missed that its plastered all over the page and checkout process, you then gave me what is clearly attitude, i said ok you want a refund i will refund you, i have refunded you, you are clearly a person who likes to create an argument when you are in the wrong, how on earth is it a scam to allow pre orders when its clearly marked as PRE-ORDER, thankfully its rare to get such a nasty abusive customer.
