This is my second purchase from Yardforce. Very happy with the purchase but also with the back up when a problem occurred.

The mower itself is quite good, but there are some annoying niggles.
The operating instructions are poor and misleading, and the general internet support is non-existant. On line identifies a security PIN, but it is impossible to find out what it is and how you input it.
The mower ocassionally falls off the lawn edge, and is unable to reverse. A short length of magnetic strip is provided, but it is impossible to locate availability to purchase additional strip, either through YardForce or elsewhere. There is no assistance anywhere to determine an alternative method of keeping the mower in bounds.

Just got my gmr40a petrol lawn mower delivered today and it looks very well built was looking forward to getting cracking on my lawn but unfortunatly they dont supply the oil for the mower
It's a bit like getting a brand new car and been told you can't drive it until you've been and bought some oil seems a bit tight of them to me

I have to say I cannot fault this company, the products I have to say do exactly what they say they do. The after care once you get through the usual electronic stuff is outstanding and my products are 3-4 years old and I have not been charged yet. Outstanding in today’s market, they deserve a lot better reviews than they get and that’s not because of the foc. The products are excellent and UK based.

Battery number 2021030949, charger Ch2021030290,Lawnmower 2021040349. Why cant my battery charge anymore, only been used for two seasons. No charge means no lawnmower or strimmer. Need an answer quick before I have to dig deep and purchase tools again.

Purchase a Yard Force petrol mower as it is equipped with a Honda EasyStart engine.
I have used the mower once, but very difficult to start. For the second mowing the mower no longer starts, I have drained tank, replace the fuel, but with no success. My previous Honda Easy Start mower started first time every time.
I am returning to Costco, where I read the reviews this is not uncommon.

I bought a Yard Force Lawn mower 2 years ago. A part, the roller, had broken and I rang to enquire about a spare for this. I found the automated system that asked for my details, model number & problem, excellent. I almost immediately received an email & the issue has been expeditiously dealt with. Nicky was my Customer Experience contact who dealt with the enquiry with alacrity & was extremely polite & helpful, hence my top score review.

Battery lawnmower cells have a critical fault where the BMS system won’t allow the cell to charge. It can’t be reset when this happens.
Support were useless and I had to point to online posts indicating what the problem was, then sent me a new charger instead of a new cell. Weeks later we finally got a new cell and that has now failed despite being careful not to let it run flat when in use.

Electric Mower wouldn’t start after winter, despite basic checks. The machine was under extended warranty. Yardforce arranged a courier next day to take away for repair. This was completed and the machine returned within a few days. The technician completing the repair, sent me a report with a video showing the mower working. Very good service start to finish.

I had an issue with 2 batteries and their charger for my Yard Force blower/vacuum, which I had recently purchased.

Needed a spare part (broken switch - mea culpa!). Initial contact via a chat bot on my phone (very strange) but it worked and the subsequent email exchange was great.
