The ordering was smooth, the experience with the functionality of the Asus UK site was impressive, the order has been delivered timely, well packed, the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 White GA503QS-HQ003T 15.6" is a brilliant piece of kit for every task you need a powerful laptop for, a great experience on every single account, highly recommended.

Ordered laptop Wednesday, arrived next day, fast and efficient service.

I paid the price, recieved my product, as simple as that. Not remarkable because that is what I expect why I buy something from a company...

On the plus side, Asus knocked thier own shipping estimate out of the water. Free deliverey was quoted as 2-4 working days, I recieved my order the next day.

I am very happy with the product I ordered, not that that has much to do with reviewing 'UK Store Asus'.

Excellent delivery, better than expected, and the product is a good one. Only negative comment is that the ports do not include HDMI to HDMI, but are VGA and Displayport only. I know this is true of many other screens

Great service but would have been nice to updated on the order status in the case of delays, due to things that were out of their control such as silicon shortage, without asking for an update first.

The service was great after talking to a representative. They explained everything I needed to know, and updated me on the current status of the order.

The website is easy to use and order from, and is very user friendly.

Prompt despatch. Prompt arrival. But docking one star because left in the dark : zero communication eg to advise despatch or day of delivery.

I was sent the wrong equipment due to errors on the coding the online shop, and spent a week explaining the problem before sending half of it back for a refund.

Bought the asus zephyrus duo gx551qr, arrived promptly and works amazing. Using it as a streaming laptop and am able to stream in slow quality (slower it is the better it looks) with ease, second screen is awesome and will come in handy when I need to stream when I'm away and I'm sure would be amazing at multi tasking for anyone who needs to.

This only 2 issues i had was that the second screen does not tilt up on my zenbook pro duo 15 and there is no ethernet port. These should really be on all laptops standard everything else is wonderful.

They would have received a 5 star review if they had not attempted to deliver to the wrong house! The delivery info provided was correct so not sure what happened but otherwise everything else was faultless.

unfortunately, the laptop (zenbook) arrived in a faulty condition.

Gaming laptop was sent in zero packaging, just the laptop box with a delivery sticker on top. This was 14 days after ordering the laptop and chasing up delivery every day.

The laptop was damaged - SHOCK - in transit and I had to send it back. It has been 21 days since I ordered a laptop and I have no laptop.

Very happy with the service provided and I am delighted with the quality of the product that I purchased. My new machine is a joy to use (unlike my Dell which was cheap when I bought it about 18 months ago, but almost always worked like a dog!); I opted for the ASUS ZenBook and it's awesome - the quality shines through.

Ordered on the Tuesday came on Thursday, packaged well. The cooler itself is brilliant, keeps my overclocked CPU at a perfect temp with literally no noise.

The ARGB work well with Armoury crate.
Fan speeds are setup with Fan expert, so don’t need to worry about changing any speeds myself or doing any profile for them, does it all for you.

Let's start from the beginning, ordered something Address was wrong on the package, refounded, had to order again.
Second order, on the Asus Store the description is so vague, didn't actually knew if the headphones are actually wireless or wired (picture of the headphones is without any wires.
3rd time's the charm right? Wrong, ordered another pair of headphones same ordeal specifications vague had Bluetooth in the also vague description I assumed that Bluetooth headphones should be wireless, wright? Wrong. No problem contact them to see about sending them back for refund, guess what. You have to take care of the whole shipping process for sending them back for refund.
Will never use an Asus product ever again. Oh and my friend who I was buying the headphones for as a gift. Huge Asus fan until now, multiple Asus products started to give in even though they are quite recently purchased.

Ease of use website and easy to get ahold of customer service. Would of been 5* if the customer service reps were able to provide the dispatched date confirmation from laptops direct. Other than that overall it was great, extra delivery was refunded due to the delay of the item but it was surprisingly delivered on a weekend.

Zephyrus G15 arrived DOA from ASUS UK and confirmed by tech support. Requested a replacement but they took almost 3 weeks to tell me there was no replacement stock and a further 4 days to refund my card. Zero communication without chasing.
