Terrible online experience
I have worn Sloggi knickers for years and love them. I placed an order on 30th Oct and received an email saying goods had been despatched. 2 weeks later goods not received and tracking notification not updated.
I phoned Sloggi and was told there was a delay with my order. Why did I get a despatch notification so?
Week later still nothing received so phoned Sloggi again. Was told my order must have been misplaced and they would refund me.
I stupidly placed another order. Once again received email saying good despatched. Tracking notification not updating and nothing received.
Haven’t received refund for first order either.
Avoid this company.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. They seem to think it is my responsibility to sort out a delivery problem with EVRI who apparently have lost my parcel. Wrong Sloggi - it's yours

Bought 2 bralettes. One of the only places I could find cotton ones. Arrived quickly, good quality, plastic free packaging. Happy with my purchases.
Dreadfully poor quality!
I have bought and loved Sloggi pants for years but now we are through. The quality has diminished so much they fall apart after a few washes to the point where holes appear and the thin fabric tears. Dreadful. What have you done Sloggi?

The website says "Free return", but does not say you have to take the parcel to an Evri depot. The nearest is over 10 miles away. I'd happily pay for postage, but this is, apparently, not possible. Unused bra goes to a charity shop.
Purchased items from their zero feel…
Purchased items from their zero feel range. I was initially very impressed by the comfort but after three months the glue that holds the fabric together has failed making the crop tops/bras unwearable. Very expensive and wasteful.
Evri failed to deliver my Sloggi order
2 separate orders were not delivered by Evri. Why do Sloggi persist with using the worst rated delivery service? After 2 weeks I am still waiting for a refund for an order that never arrived.

This is the first time I've bought Sloggi basic maxi knickers, and was hopeful when the items arrived on time, with "something comfy inside" on the package. I paid £45 for a pack of 4, plus postage. I thought the item looked small for my size, but they fitted ok but seemed a bit tight around the leg. After 3 hours I had to take them off as they dug in too much. I contacted customer services, to be told they cannot do anything as of course I tried the product. Lesson learned for me, this company does not care about their reputation or having happy customers, but are happy to take the money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Sloggis used to be great but I have found over the last few purchases that the quality has gone. The stitching unravels and the material goes into holes after a couple of washes. Not worth the high price. Won't be buying from them again.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. All experiences listed are the same as mine. Placed order 2 weeks ago. Received email saying its been dispatched and to click on link for tracking. Link doesn't work so emailed and I got a response saying there is a delay in processing orders. Well if that's the case how has it been dispatched???It is so dissapointing as I have heard of sloggi and really hoped to find some comfortable bras after having a double masectomy for cancer. I never would have thought they would be like this. Whoever owns the company should be ashamed and really is throwing money down the drain. How to go out of business in 3 easy steps!!!
My bra split
Two of the bras I have, broke (they were glued), one at a very inconvenient moment. I haven’t had either for very long. The third one is about to do the same. When I called Sloggi their customer service person told me to speak to the company I bought the bras from. However, it is the Sloggi product that’s at fault. The person I spoke to refused to put me through to a manager and was utterly unhelpful. Absolutely not good enough.

Very disappointed with the quality of information on the Sloggi website, and the quality of the product. Very expensive for bras that stretch quickly and feel uncomfortable to wear. No real return policy to compensate for testing bras. Considering the average UK woman has 16 bras, the 30 day policy isn't enough for testing the bras before and after a wash.

I recently ordered from sloggi
I recently ordered from sloggi, and it all went well. I was a bit worried as I read the reviews after I placed my order with them, and they were so negative. Thankfully everything I ordered, arrived and didn’t have to send anything back. (So I can’t say anything about refunds) but the items (two bras and two nickers arrived in good condition, really like them, very comfy.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking . I placed an order wrong and the company are refusing to cancel it and refund it, even though it’s been hours and it hasn’t been dispatched. The women can’t help or change anything about the order and had stinking attitude. I asked to speak to someone else and they said no.
Inferior quality
I ordered 6 pairs of white Tai pants last October. The Sloggi name was in pale blue stitching not dark blue and the elastic was inferior quality and only lasted a few months. Had I not been recovering from open heart surgery I would have complained. Since then I have bought the same pants from John Lewis and they are the original quality which lasts for years and years. Avoid.

Parcel not delivered, unhelpful and robotic customer service with no understanding for frustrating situation . Very disappointed as ordered from sloggi a year ago and really liked the underwear. It is a shame that due to lack of customer service company will lose customers. Hope my money for parcel I did not receive will serve you well.

I have never come across such a poor company for customer services. The phone lines are no longer responding and neither are they responding to emails to customer services. For a German company it's appalling. My order was supposedly completed on 21/11/22 and it's still not arrived, via Evri, or Hermes in all but name, another useless company. I needed the underwear for my 94 year old mother and she'll be dead before it arrives. If you need to buy Sloggi underwear get it from a reputable company like John Lewis. They've also had my money since 28/11/22. I certainly won't ever be using Sloggi products again.
No refund for item not received
I haven't received an item that was ordered over 3 weeks ago. I had to get in touch with them to ask why. Have signed forms to process a return and am still waiting after a few emails repeating myself.
