Next Day Delivery
You promised Next Day Delivery which was not met - so the additional charge for this service was wasted. I would expect a Refund of that amount. The package was left in plain sight just down the side passage (no attempt was made to obscure the package behind a couple of bins. The package was not wrapped so it was plain to see what was inside the box!!! If anyone had seen the driver making the delivery then it would have been very easy to have stolen the item.
Still awaiting a response from Ryobi !!!

One day delivery
Ordered and paid for, the advertised next day delivery, within the window, but next day delivery never happened. Ordered on Monday 11th May 2026. Checked with courier (DPD), who estimated delivery as Thursday 14th May. Phoned Ryobi, spoke to a very nice person who offered to refund the one day delivery charge. Tuesday 19th may as I right this and no refund (£5.99) yet.

Highly Efficient On Line Ordering System
I purchased the circular saw bare tool from the 1 plus product range online sale. The ordering system is excellent and very efficient the product came as stated on the delivery.
I have used the tool and have found it is excellent for my purpose of trimming up 9mm thick sheets I would highly recommend the tool and the online ordering service.

Excellent addition to our garden tools
Have recently purchased the ryobi mini chainsaw pruner tool. Amazing product, does exactly what it’s meant to and more! Bought to cut the wood into logs for wood burn along with pruning larger branches from our trees. Easily does the job, worth every penny! Great service, fast delivery from ryobi as always.

I never thought I would be writing a negative review
I never thought I would be writing a negative review about ryobi as I have purchased over £1500 pounds worth of tools with very little issues BUT I purchased one £30 gift voucher on the 28/4/25 which was valid for a year but when I tried to use it on the 28/4/26 it said it had expired. After many many emails to customer service there is nothing they can do as system sets the expiry date. As I explained to them If my birthday is on the 28th of April then 1 year later I celebrate it again it is on the 28th of April not the 27th April, why does the vouchers not follow this simple timing.Not happy.
You have the opportunity to regain my faith in Ryobi buy sorting this issue out and sending a new gift card.

They did refund my charge though.
