My husband has recently had dealings…

My husband has recently had dealings with this company and I want everyone out there to be aware of the type of company this is. Because he had the audacity to complain they are now making threats to him, trying to intimidate and bully him. Well they addressed their threats to him not me so I can post how I feel about this company.

Tardiness in dealing with my insurance…

Tardiness in dealing with my insurance claim resulting in exorbitant storage charges at my garage.Got no satisfaction when I complained.Was informed that storage charge was my responsibility under the policy tho I failed to find this in policy documents.I would have been satisfied to pay some of storage charge but ended up having to pay full amount.I complained through Complaints procedure and tardiness and unsatisfactory service were admitted but still no satisfactory outcome apart from €100 ex gratia goodwill payment.I have taken my complaint to Ombudsman for Insurance and Pensions in an effort to get justice.Will never again deal with RSA.

Motor Insurance That Comes With A CCJ

Inexcusable Service. I have recently found myself having A CCJ entered against my previous exemplary credit history because RSA failed to meet there obligations of my vehicle insurance. I’m alarmed that RSA care free attitude telling me not to worry as this happens all the time and they have now passed the mater on to their own solicitors who which they claim will deal with the matter! Deal with the mater they might, however my exemplary credit score has been effected and RSA have not even addressed the alarm and stress that I am going thru because of there shortcomings.

Buying a policy with them is not worth…

Buying a policy with them is not worth the paper it is written on as soon as claim is put in just wait for excuses they come out with their terms and conditions at every stage , eventually they will denie your claim . Do not use RSA for any type of insurance products as they are not fit for purpose !

Extreme money making policy pricing

These are the clowns behind Nationwide (UK) insurance. I took out house insurance last year with Nationwide and when I got the renewal notice this year they had put the price up 50%! for the same cover. I don't know why they do this, it just makes people unhappy and loses customers for them. They say that their costs have gone up, but 50% is extreme taking the p*ss. Feels like a money making opportunity to me targeting people who don't notice or don't have the ability to switch insurers easily.

Hourly automated calls.

Today, the 15th November, I telephoned to cancel my home insurance with Nationwide (we had found one superior and cheaper). After the call I was asked if I’d complete a survey about the service I had received. This I did at 11.05. At 11.52 the landline telephone rang again;
it was an automated message asking me to complete the survey again. This happened again at 12.53, 13.52, 14.52 and 16.06, 5.22, 6.23 19.25. As I write this review I have no doubt it will happen again later this
evening.
I have telephoned customer service to ask that these calls stop and was told that the IT department would be informed but they couldn’t do anything; since that call we have had four more calls. Please, please can these cease?! Both my husband and I have elderly and infirm parents and these frequent automated telephone calls are causing us no end of frustration and anxiety.
UPDATE: Calls continued into the next day from 8am till 9.30am. Fortunately they have now ceased!
