I chose Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse Multi-Purpose Dry Oil because it is a versatile product that can be used on the body, face, and hair.
After using it for a while, I am truly very satisfied. When I apply it to my hair after washing, my hair becomes soft, smooth, and shiny without feeling greasy. On my body, the oil absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling silky and noticeably softer.
What I especially love is the light, elegant fragrance. It is fresh, soothing, and makes the whole experience feel luxurious.
I also tried mixing one drop of the oil with my facial moisturizer, and the result was amazing. My skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and well-hydrated throughout the night.
This is a high-quality, multi-purpose product that is absolutely worth trying. I will definitely continue using it and highly recommend it to my friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They Send Open/Used Products
Dont bother. Their US shipper is terrible - my entire order (every.single.product) arrived opened. This is the third order in a row where the products have arrived opened and used. I thought they just didnt use lids anymore but once I looked it up, I realized they're just sending open/used products. One of the foam cleansers is not foam anymore and half used.
FYI - they dont accept returns if the products are open, even if they arrive opened and used. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service! Don't bother sending them emails...they dont respond. You want to arrange a return...when you've spent your hard earned money, they are not interested.
Great customer service
I had a Nuxe oil with a faulty pump. I reached out to Nuxe and they very promptly sent me a replacement bottle. I am very satisfied with the customer service, they were prompt and easy to deal with.
Poor service and resolving issues
I recevied a parcel from DPD which was damaged the photo on their site showed nothing luckily i had taken photograms an items had smashed and the bog was soaking on the one side and disintegrated. NUXE response to date is
ON THIS OCCASSION we will replace the damaged items? all items are damaged due to the state of the box and items are wet I took many photographs to sent for evidence they also offered a 10.00 credit on my account which I have refused as informed on this occasion is not acceptable as it should be on any occasion if items are damaged I am still waiting for a response to my last email requesting full replacement If no response is made with 48 hours I will demand a full refund and that they arrange collection themselves for the damaged box/goods. Some items were a gift which I have not been unable to send .
They seem to forget that the contract is with them NOT the courier
Secretive manufacturer-why?
I bought two NUXE Creme fraiche de beaute in TKMAX. Before opening I wanted to check the production/expiry dat but there was no trace of it on the box. I then went through decoding by typing "code" which resulted in ERROR message on their website. I emailed, sent website inquiry nothing. So, I will return the creams to TKMAXX and Nuxe will never had a chance with me. What a secrecy? No tel number in UK.
Poor Service
Nuxe dispatched my order quickly but it was immediately misrouted. They informed me of this 4 days after my order was made, and promised it would be at my click and collect hub within 2 working days. It wasn't and 10 days on from order, it still shows as misrouted.
I contacted Nuxe twice. They looked for my order only to tell me it was "lost". I now have to wait 2-5 days for a refund! I did suggest they resent the order but they seem to have ignored that possibility- which would have been useful on their part as they could have included a couple of mini products by way of an apology. Very annoyed as I'm the one who has had to chase the order. Their products are great but the service is casual and poor. Buy your Nuxe from a better supplier!

Beware Free gift … Faulty
I recently had an email promotion of spend £60 , receive a free luxury jute bag . So I ordered in May . Went to use the bag last week and noticed that the seam had been missed when sewn . I wrote to CS and politely requested a replacement. I had a very cold reply from Emi saying if there was problem with a damaged delivery I should have photographed and sent closer to the receipt say . Completely missed the point that it wasn’t damaged in transit , it was a manufacturing issue , nothing wrong with the Nuxe products just the free gift . I don’t feel she listened and it has la negative feeling . I only added a 3rd product as I wanted the free gift , which it turns out is faulty and they don’t want to know .

When my order arrived all the items were missing - only a free sample was inside. I have contacted customer service but am yet to get a reply back. There website has a form you fill in and you are just left to wait and see if you get a reply. There’s no telephone customer service either.

Not only I did not get anything delivered, but I also was home the entire day that day, so I would know if someone rang the doorbell.

Nice products poor customer service
Nuxe products are lovely but I would suggest buying them from elsewhere. Nuxe customer service is terrible. Been buying their products on their site for years but I think I’ll stop. Quite often they run out of stock when they ship; although available online at time of purchase. Now they entice customers offering a free bag if you spend over £60. They didn’t send it and when I informed them, they said they will provide a voucher instead, which is not what they state on their site. They’re deceitful - entice customers with gifts and then don’t send them.
Nuxe went out of their way to sort things
There was a mix up with my order and wrong goods sent. After a slightly frustrating exchange of messages Nuxe went out of their way to make the situation good. So definitely would order from them again. Might add there were no issues whatsoever with a previous order :)

No response on social media until 15 days after I posted and no response to emails. Had to raise a PayPal dispute as this company has zero customer care team by the looks of it.. seriously needs looking at it as I won’t be ordering again and I’m sure I’m not the only one
Lip balm is divine
Can’t comment on their customer service as I bought through John Lewis, but Nuxe’s lip balm I would recommend to anyone…and everyone!
