Mysurvey 

Went on holiday in May and on returning have had no emails/surveys. When I queried this they said I had breached their rules and my account was closed!
Don't know what I have supposed to have done but was with them for over 5 years and have done nothing different!

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF THIS SURVEY SITE FOR MANY YEARS. HOWEVER, I NO LONGER RECEIVE EMAILS OF NOTIFICATION. THIS WAS A LOVELY SITE BUT WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Load of rubbish - I have completed plenty of surveys but recently a few have either not recorded my completion of them (and My Survey will not issue points - even though the survey in question appears in my list of part completed - yet when I click on it to complete (which i already have) it says they have recorded that I have completed the survey).
The most recent issue is that a survey stopped working and it will not let me go back into it to complete.
Their customer service is the worst I have encountered for a long time - they really don't seem to care.

I have been trying to login for ages the website does not work since the website has been updated I keep getting messages to delete my cookies done all this it is still not working. what a waste of time.

Does anyone know if this site has crashed yet again,or has it packed up not had a survey offer since October 2018.

Crashed while creating an account. Won’t let me create again as it says account already exists. Won’t let me login as it says account doesn’t exist

Have used their web site for a couple of years and earned quite a few pounds in cash. Unfortunately their web site is rubbish as it's always crashing or failing in various areas. If they could sort out the web site it would be great as the only thing that works consistently well is the pay out from points earned filling out survey's. Definitely not a scam just a rubbish website.

When I first signed up, mysurveyuk was great. It then went down for site maintainence for about 3 weeks. Since it’s been ‘improved’ it has been worse and is frustrating at times.

Top of the most frustrating list is completing a survey right to the end, clicking on submit then getting a timed out message, so no points are awarded. Before they ‘improved’ the site this didn’t ever happen. I have lost around 500 points like this. For every 10 surveys I am able to complete, this happens 1-2 times. It is really annoying after spending 25 minutes completing a survey. On each occasion I have contacted customer support. I get a message to say they will look into it and the points will be allocated but they never are.

On the plus side, when the rewards page is open, ordering a PayPal voucher is very quick and easy and the money is usually in my account about one week later.

Being screened out of surveys happens but mysurveyuk tend to screen you out early in the process. I have not had the experience of spending 30 minutes completing a survey to 100% completed then being told I don’t qualify like I have on another survey site.

Also frustrating is since the improvements, surveys that are no longer working frequently get posted. You then have no option but to log in again from scratch as there is no home page button. Please mysurvey, next time you do improvements, add a home page button on surveys

They conducted a system upgrade about 2 months ago. Since then the site has been broken. Almost all surveys now show as 'sorry, this survey is now closed'. Old surveys keep reapppearing in the available survey list by the dozen, none of which work. When contacting customer service, and even if referrred to sites like this which clearly demonstrate a widespread problem, they deny anything is wrong with the site at all. It may be that accounts of old members have been damaged in the 'upgrade', and they are unable or unwilling to correct the problem.

I'm really surprised by the bad reviews here, so far this has been one of the better survey sites I've used and I've used quite a few, it's also most definitely NOT a scam, I've been paid via Paypal twice so far, one £10 and another £5, but there's numerous other rewards you can spend your points on too. I've also just requested another £5 which means I will have earnt a total of £20 so far. Paypal payments than take up to 10 working days to go through which is a little long, mine took just over a week, but they definitely do happen as promised.

Regarding customer service, well I've only needed to use them once when a really long high paying survey that had 3 separate parts showed on the dashboard that I hadn't yet completed it when I had, I wrote to support and they'd replied by the next day, they said that they verify all surveys and that if I'd completed it I would be credited after the survey closed which was about a week. I was a little sceptical at first, but I did get credited as promised so I have no complaints.

Most survey sites have far too many qualifying questions for many surveys with a very low qualification rate, some I would even call a scam because you're asked very in depth questions that take as long as many surveys that are far beyond what would be required to decide qualification and after all that you get rejected, but so far MySurvey have been mostly better, they're not perfect, but if I'm rejected it's usually after just a few simple questions and you still earn prize draw entries for your time which is something you rarely see with other survey companies, also thanks to very good profile surveys which also surprisingly pay I find I'm accepted for a much higher proportion than other companies too. This means I get accepted for around 1 in 4 surveys, this might sound bad, but I've known it be more like 1 in 10 or even 1 in 20 with many other survey sites.

You're not going to make a fortune, but you can earn a little extra pocket money and there's a fair number of surveys available with new ones appearing regularly. If you have the time and find filling out surveys not too much of a burden then I recommend them.

I will continue using MySurvey and I'm a fairly happy user, if anything changes I will update.

I have several thousand points sitting in a MySurvey UK account that I have been unable to access (due to the dreaded Error Message page mentioned by others previously) for over 3 weeks...
For several weeks before that I was unable to cash in my points and several surveys I had taken were not added to my total...
Despite me repeatedly contacting customer 'support' they do not respond, or say they have forwarded my message onto the "relevant team", who then also don't respond...
If you're after a survey site, my advice is steer well clear of this one...

Were offline for about 3 week in June, now there have been no surveys for 3 weeks and they refuse to answer any emails of messages.

Utter waste of time - you spend ages working through a survey only to find out that you don't qualify for it. Alternatively you finish a survey to find that the MySurvey website has crashed and you are not credited with the points you should have earned.

Don't bother, it's a scam.

Have been with Mysurvey for several years and have experienced no difficulties at all. I receive plenty of surveys to complete ( some of which I am questioned out due to non compatible responses, but that is to be expected ) Always receive my payments on time. If you happen to be lucky you will be picked for big point earning surveys.
Originally put above statement with 5 stars, but has really dropped in standards. I don`t know who codes for this company but ...... Scowl. You can spend 30 minutes filling out a survey only to get to the end without being credited for your work. This has always happened but recently it happens on 1 survey of every 2 taken. A real royal pain and waste of time.

I love uk.mysurvey.com, it never fails me! I always get paid by doing their surveys. I love it!

As someone else has stated, this almost seems rigged to stop them having to pay you. About 50% of the surveys I've taken on this site have failed for one reason or another. Sometimes they wait till the end of a survey (some as long as 2 hours) before telling you that you "didn't qualify"!!! But most often you will get some form of technical error that will prevent your submission from registering you for payment.

Then there's the awful customer service. Complain about a technical error and they will come up with some excuse as to why they can't do anything about it. Excuses they've given me include:

- "We have no record of you taking this survey" (despite me providing screen grabs);
- "You weren't invited to take that survey" (yes I was and here's the email you sent inviting me);
- "Occasionally there are technical errors, we're really sorry" (I don't want you to be sorry, I want to be paid - or at least fix the problem so it doesn't happen again!)
- "If you wait a couple of weeks the payment might go through anyway" (this has never happened).

Take my advice and avoid MySurvey. There are much better survey sites out there that are genuine and pay up!

If you do surveys on this site, and tear through them quickly, you're fine. If you take a little bit too long (you're supposed to be able to take as long as you want over surveys, and even stop them and come back to them later), their site is rigged to time out your login session without telling you, so that by the time you get to the end and click the submit button, they get all your answers for their studies, but because the sessions has timed out, the site can't return you to your account. They give a generic error page with broken links, and no way to reload the survey or log back in. Naturally, you don't get your points. If you email them about it, they either give a "clear your cookies" response (which is not the problem) or lie and say "sometimes technical errors occur, there's nothing we can do about this". They never give you the points their site has withheld, even though in their Q&A section they say they will. As others have said, when it all goes right, it's fine. When it doesn't they are scam artists.

have been a member for several years and have happy until recently. having earned over £100 suddenly my account has been made inactive due to some unknown breach of terms.i think it is high time legal regulations were put in place to control these sites. nowhere else is it legal to withhold money that has already been earned it is completely immoral

At first I was happy with all the surveys I got, but after a while I noticed that the site just stopped functioning at all. I did get enough for a cash out of £20 into PayPal, but had to email & email etc. Then, I was still getting loads of invites in my inbox, but now I didn't qualify anymore. Eventually I got the £20 paid into PayPal, but it was an enormous effort. Afterwards I think I only completed one more survey for them. I had thousands of points supposedly for some monthly prize, due to all these surveys I wasn't qualified for, but I was never notified about who won these prizes. Eventually, when I couldn't get into the 'My Account' section, nor the 'Change Cookie Section' I called it a day, except I couldn't. When I clicked on the link to terminate my account, guess what happened? Another site error message, so I couldn't even terminate my account. So a long process of messages started, first explaining to me how to leave, me explaining to them their damn site didn't work, so I couldn't. Eventually I was terminated, but only because I when on & on & on... Something else, these survey companies love referrals right? But, on My Survey UK, they aren't currently operating in my area, so no points there either. All the survey invites supposedly come from a 'Emma Morrison' in the same way that spam emails use a name to make you believe they aren't spam, I don't think this Emma exists and I don't think My Survey UK site is in the UK. Don't join these people, read all the reviews around the web that you can. You'll find that I'm not lying about them.
