Great product great support

The msi rtx 2070 is a fantastic card.

Msi has 5* customer support. Very quick reply to emails, knowledgeable and great resolution to my query.

Absolutely amazing service!

Absolutely amazing service!

Support team member was extremely helpful, solved my problem very quickly and effectively! I had a motherboard that needed a bios update and they did it for me free of charge, all I had to do was pay for postage, they even threw in some free items on the return!

Would definitely recommend, thank you Ender from the MSI UK tech support team.

GeForce RTX 2080 Super Gaming X Trio

Purchased to replace my 1070 graphics card, and I was also able to go to a 1440p monitor which this card was able to handle with ease. Loving the RGB on the card also and the fans on the card were also very silent!
This card was also able to handle 2 extra 1080p monitors for a total of 3 screens and was able to run high to ultra settings in games! I went with MSI as ive had their products in my other computers and i have never had a problem with anything ive purchased. Recommended!!

I needed a bios update

I needed a bios update. Ender was my rep and he made sure I was comfortable with what was going on and he offered me to do it remotely but unfortunately I broke my CPU. They then asked my to ship my board to them and when they received it the very next day got it updated and sent back to me so I could have it back in time before the holiday. I don’t think I could ever get any better support than what Ender offered me.

I love my MSI modern 14 laptop and highly recommend MSI laptops

I bought an MSI laptop in India and moved to the UK for my master's. The laptop worked fine for over a year and one day all of sudden the hinge is broken. MSI India only offers a one-year warranty. As this laptop is now out of warranty and on top of that I am not in India. I took it to a local repair store in Coventry and they said it costs 150 GBP to fix including labor charges. 150 GBP to fix a 450 GBP laptop didn't look like a good option.

I contacted MSI UK on twitter and they redirected me to a RepairTech. MSI offered to repair the laptop for free via RepairTech if this is hinge issue even though my laptop is out of warranty.

I created a ticket in the MSI website by uploading an invoice and a few pictures of my broken laptop. Repair tech approved my ticket the very next day and arranged a pickup via DPD. The RepairTech actually sent me a pink box via DPD as i don't have the original box. All i need to do is bubble wrap my broken laptop.

From the day of pickup i received emails from repair tech regarding the status of my laptop repair almost every day and one the sixth working day my laptop is returned via DPD well packed.

I am not a person who usually writes a review especially a lenghty one but both the MSI and Repair tech quality of service is extra ordinary. They replaced almost the entire outer shell of laptop. There are two issues i never mentioned to MSI or the repair tech.
1) webcam not working from a very long time. I nevered bothered to look into it as i dont use webcam at all.
2) Two keys in my keyboard lost that clicky feeling but they work OK-ish. So never bothered to fix or find a solution.

To my surprise along with the original hinge issue they repaired my webcam and replaced my entire keyboard even though my laptop is 7 months out of warranty.

For a big company like a Repair tech and MSI fixing this laptop might be just a ticket. But for an international student living in the UK receiving such an extraordinary service for an out-of-warranty laptop bought in India. I received this service during my masters dissertation(a crucial point in my life). I cant express well in english. But this means a lot to me.

My heartfull thanks to RepairTech and MSI UK.
A special mention to Dave Jenkins (MSI account manager) for your prompt response to my email when I am struggling to understand the instructions.

As per my experience, I strongly recommend MSI laptops they are of good quality at a good price point and comes with great customer support and service.

Had an issue with my 3090 gaming X trio…

Had an issue with my 3090 gaming X trio some of the Leds had failed on the card not a big deal but the card isn’t even a year old yet. Contacted MSI support on Reddit. Can’t thank Ender enough got a new fan shroud sent out within a few days took me about 10 minutes to change over. Like new again. Great service from Ender highly recommend

I have been buying MSI products ever…

I have been buying MSI products ever since I got into gaming and that's because they're reliable, well made, great performance and they have impeccable customer service. A Gentlemen called Ender helped me through a faulty AIO Cooler and dispatched a replacement incredibly quickly. No fuss, no problem. Amazing product and great customer service and this is why I'll always pick MSI. So reliable and I'll continue to use them for all gaming and tech products

Bulletproof monitors

I bought a G27 series 1440p gaming monitor, 2 hours into ownership i managed to pull a cable sending the monitor 3 foot off the desk, screen down onto the floor, the hdmi cable then pulled a full pint of water off the table and down onto the monitor.

I turned the screen off asap, unplugged it, carefully dried it out for a few hours with hairdryers and floor fans and it now works perfectly. There's some frame damage but the screen is absolutely faultless. There's definitely some luck involved with what happened, but now I actively look for MSI products if i'm in the market for anything

design is awesome never seen a tower like this. speed is incredible and it stays cool no problem, the only thing missing was the sticker set which they have sent of for free what a company.

Swift and kind assistance

Had a flicker issue with my card, vented about it on Reddit, got a DM from Ender asking me to send an email about it. In minutes a spare shroud was dispatched and I'm hoping it'll resolve the issue. The customer service was kind, swift and unexpected.

Life saver Ender

I had a issue with my motherboard! I got a hold of Ender, who responded straight away and helped me. He bent over backwards to resolve my problem, I have used MSI for year's with nothing going wrong. Costumer Service is everything in today's modern society and MSI and staff like Ender keep customers loyal to them and there products.

Fantastic service from Ender in Support

I clumsily managed to knock over my small-from gaming PC, damaging the fan that was built into the graphics card in the process. MSI support were very quick to respond and offered to send me, free of charge, a fan that they had just recovered from another machine.
It's little things like this that really make the difference. They're posting it out by Next Day delivery too. Clear that 'customer first' is their approach. It certainly has made me warm to the company, hence this review right here!

Great support, most impressed

I was a little hesitant about contacting MSI with the problem I had. When I accepted delivery of my GPU last year it had a blemish / mark on the backplate. The card functioned without issue but the mark always bothered me, it wasn't good.
However I never returned it to my retailer as there was no stock, not just with the retailer but it seemed elsewhere in general. Ok that was the backstory.

Over a year later I have just contacted MSI and asked if there was anything that they could do to help in the above circumstances.
Much to my amazement they informed me that they would be sending me out a replacement backplate for my graphics card...! Free of charge and by first class post.

A big thanks to MSI, even more so under the circumstances in regards to having the card for a year before contacting them for assistance.

Most impressed with their service and that sort of support is definitely encouraging, even more so in todays market of shortages and expensive hardware.

Well done MSI UK support.

Rapid support and a satisfying result

I recently contacted MSI's UK support team asking for information about sourcing a new fan for my RTX 2070 ITX, after one of the blades sheared off. My card is a few years old now and therefore out of warranty, meaning they had no obligation to help.

Despite this, they offered to send me a salvaged fan from another card that was very similar - free of charge, no less - which was sent and arrived by 24hr delivery. The fan works a treat and I'm absolutely delighted at the quality of the service I received. I'm genuinely surprised. They even followed up to check how the new fan worked.

Following this I am more inclined than ever to keep using their products. Thanks again MSI for this.

Replacement hardware sent extremely quickly, best customer service.

I had lost some of my mounting hardware for my water cooler, I originally contacted their online global support, who within a day forwarded me to the UK support, who within the same day forwarded me to their technical support, who by the end of the next day had sent a parcel to me with the hardware.

Extremely helpful employee named Ender who went above and beyond to swiftly get my delivery out by the end of the day.

Replacement fans sent quickly and for free!

I encountered a problem on my MSI Gaming Trio X 3060Ti where the middle fan started making weird noises and became all wobbly. Contacted MSI tech support via e-mail, an extremely professional person named Ender gave me a swift reply and brief instructions on how to replace the fans. Sent me a replacement via overnight shipping, I replaced the fans and the GPU is like new. Fantastic, really!

MSI good with Motherboards

MSI helped me and responded in a timely manner:

I had a MSI gaming max motherboard that could not boot with the 5000 series of ryzen 7 cpu's due to a an outdated bios. MSI allowed me to trouble shoot the issue and sent an APU to act as a cpu to boot and the update the bios but I have further issues with ram. MSI then offered to get my motherboard to a stage where it could boot with my cpu model, which they didn't need me to send. I sent the motherboard, the ram, and the apu to MSI and they fixed the issue.

I work in the same industry so I can vouch for their capabilities with their motherboards. Thank you.

Company's get good and bad reviews but the bad reviews don't always reflect the true value of the company, I've bought a mag272qcr monitor and I have absolutely no complaints about it whatsoever, fast response times brilliant picture, I am well happy with my purchase and I'm hoping for it to provide me with many years of gaming fun

CAUTION!

CAUTION!
Have had a terrible experience with MSI customer Services. Over a year dealing with a Laptop that has not worked since purchase (GF65 Thin). A unit that has been in for repair 3 times for the same issue without resolve. A complaint without resolution. No one taking ownership, and agents arguing or threatening. Over a year with a faulty product and MSI offer a unit worth less than the original they are replacing.
Still no resolution to date.....
