Hi, guys. I’ve had a problem with my motherboard with an RMA rejected by the seller, so I tried to contact MSI directly. Firstly, it didn’t work but then I was advised to use MSI forum, and it was a good advice that I give to you now. Two forum moderators almost immediately gave me their attention, gather all the required data and connected me with further company guys who were able to solve all of the problems with a board by analyzing the problematic one and sending a replacement. The case was really arguable as eventually the damage found on the motherboard could be considered as user-made but as I wrote in good faith about all I know, this fact didn’t change the team’s decision to help me. So I’m thankful and now have much more faith in MSI than ever before

I only have good things to say about the assistance I recieved from the MSI Support team. I contacted them for some information as I bought a product second hand and a part was missing. I was just looking for information but they went above and beyond and sent me a replacement part at no cost just to help out. It was a quick and kind response and great gesture when they had no obligation to help me out. Very thankful!
Great support form the UK office
Great support form the UK office, I was told I could not do an RMA as I have bought the product off Ebay and had to return through the original vendor.
I eventually contacted the UK support office who have been fantastic.
They solved my BIOS update issue and could not have been better at communicating.

Customer Services is non existent with this company abysmal. Contacted them over a week ago for replacement fans that have failed on my PC. Keep getting told everyday replacements will be sent yet I have heard nothing. Keep making non stop excuses worst company never non of their products last. No UK operations they are based out of Taiwan and Poland. Impossible to get an realistic or updates from them AVOID! tried to reach out by contacting senior management via LinkedIn I have either been ignored or blocked by them show the kind of nature of this company!

I started my journey to build the best gaming pc possible, Or though I’m getting help from an experienced computer guy (neighbour) its the 1st time I’ve attempted a build. I decided early to choose a brand that’s renowned for its quality, particularly in its gaming products. My choice was easy MSI stood out to me as the very best, bit by bit i bought the components all from MSI and with every delivery i was sure i got the best. All my components have the MSI MEG brand on them, not one of them disappointed in its quality and design. My final component will be the 4090 suprim x to finalise the perfect build, I’ve recently recieved the MEG Prospect 700r case which comes with a bracket to v/mount the 4090 but no riser cable. I inquired how to obtain it but found out it was only available in the USA. Until a gentleman called Ender from MSIUK contacted me and moved heaven and earth to get them here for us UK buyers free of charge in two days. Thanks Ender you are my hero.

Bought the new Prospect 700R case from MSI , which features a front touch screen LCD, ample room for the Suprim X 4090, supports all motherboard sizes and host of other features from 3x 140mm front mounted fans and 140mm rear mounted all argb and included for free! - This isn't a review for the above case however it is a review for MSI UK and their amazing customer service and after sales for the above case.
Needed a PCIE 4.0 Riser and wanted the MSI branded one however it wasn't available to customers in the UK, i tried a different brand Riser to fit the free Riser bracket which comes with case but unfortunately it didn't fit, it's at that this point i reached out to MSI via my profile on the website, they informed me via reply ticket that MSI UK will handle my case and i should contact them, i kind of had given up, so didn't intend to contact them as i didn't even expect a response, which ofcourse isn't to do with MSI themselves but other PC manufacturers i've dealt with. MSI UK actually contacted me first, which demostrated not only the great communication between their global and UK teams but also the ability to want to resolve customer issues, Unfortunately i don't have the advisors name however they did post out a MSI 4.0 riser for the prospect 700R for next day delivery absolutely free! it's insane, and i'm glad i've built my PC using full MSI parts - MSI Z690 EDGE WIFI DDR5,
MSI SUPRIM X RTX 4090, MSI PROSPECT 700R etc.
MSI are so customer focused that they are beating out other major players in the game.
10/10 for the customer service

I needed a new clamp with the screws for my RTX 3090 and I opened a ticket at MSI Spain. They want me to do a full RMA (and I have to wait 1-2 months), but I just need a new clamp! I couldn't find the product anywhere (amazon, local stores...) and I saw the MSI UK support profile in Reddit. 1-2 days later, MSI UK shipped the item and I already received the package and installed the new clamp on my rtx 3090.
Everything perfect! The experience with MSI UK was very good.

Proactive offers of replacement parts
I have been contacted by MSI UK Support on Reddit regarding a problem I was facing with my local MSI support in Germany. Where the German MSI support wanted me to pay over 100€ for a set of replacement fans for a GPU less than a year old just because I had bought it used (bill present), MSI UK Support sent me a set free of charge. From the United Kingdom to Germany.
So the UK side of MSI's support seems to be fairing very well.

Got a graphics card under warranty not getting any help to repair just fob you off to supplier but what if supplier isn’t in business anymore! You have none to go to for a repair and clearly registered it on there site and legally still under warranty. Buy someone else’s graphics card!
Seriously good customer service
Seriously good customer service. I purchased the MSI MEG Ai1300p everything was fine but the 12VHPWR cable was missing. I imagine the factory workers are not used to seeing one vs the regular GPU cable. Either way something happened got in touch with MSI UK Support and they were amazingly helpful checked if they had one in stock and shipped it to me. Emails were a bit slow but when you've got support this good you're going to get the employees busy. I will also add I've purchased many things from MSI motherboards, GPU's all the way back to the GTX 1050 I've never had a screw missing from all those orders in the past with MSI so not worried about future purchases nor should you be as they will always cover. They're one of the top AIB partners for a reason. Only recommendation is improving warranty length for GPU's which is 3 years whereas Gigabyte is offering 4 years and Zotac 5 years with EVGA gone but they had 7 years I'd expect MSI to maybe take advantage and bring up their warranty length to compete with others.

Just came to write a review on the brilliant customer service I've received from the staff at MSI. I got in touch on the off chance they could help me get a part for my graphics card. Not only did they have it, they have sent it straight out to me for free and gave me an MSI key chain too.
I've never seen customer service like it. Ender, you're a diamond. Thank you so much. MSI you have a fan for life. Its great to see a company who look after their customers.
Terrific customer service
I had a wonderful experience with the Msi UK tech support team. I`m not too tech savvy but I like to tinker with my PC anyway since it is my hobby. Couple of days ago, I decided to do some upgrades and maintenance at the same time. I was going to install a new CPU and memory but I needed to update my bios first. My antivirus program
interfered with the live update and ended up bricking my motherboard. Like this wasn`t enough, I damaged the thermal pad on my graphics card while trying to put a new paste on.
Given that my parts are being several years old and out of warranty, I wasn`t expecting much but decided to try my luck anyway by contacting msi UK tech support and was greeted by Ender within two hours after my initial contact.
He was very polite and offered to fix the bios in the msi UK office. I quickly dispatched my board with overnight shipping since I had no other pc and wanted to get this resolved asap.
The next day Ender confirmed the arrival of my board and after several hours, he sent me another email with the picture of my board running again with a tracking number!
He literally fixed the board and shipped it back in one day. Along with the board, he also sent me new pads to assemble my gpu back properly and a nice little MSI keychain!
My parcel arrived early the next day and within 48 hours I made my first contact with msi UK tech support, my pc was up and running again. I am totally speechless.
Thank you Ender, you are a legend. I went through some other reviews on Trustpilot and saw many people praising your name. Msi is lucky to have you. Keep up the great work mate.

MSI Modern 15 15.6in i5 8GB 512GB Laptop i purchsed one of these to replace my old laptop, i was shocked i set it up one day the next day i thought i would test he battery now it was fully charged. im astonished 2 hours 30 mins my old laptop im replacing is better than this and this is the reason im replacing it with. i think you at MSI need to take a good look at this battery, as time goes on this will decreece first MSI i have purchased and it will be the last very poor, only purchased this week im returning it to where i purchased it from. not impressed
