Requested refund form- didn't work

Requested refund form- didn't work. Emailed few times, eventually got refund form emailed to me.
Sent the item back. By tracking number, it has been received nearly a month ago.
Emailed them about the refund every few days, no response.
So now left without the money or the goods.
Horrendous. No company has ever dealt with refund for such long time. I guess I just need to imagine I gave my cash for charity, so I don't feel scammed again due to covid.

No returns and no contact from Lee, Dissapointing.

Really happy with the products I received but wanted to return a part of my order.

I followed the instructions, tried to print the label from their website but the link does not work and that part of the website seems to be broken. I tried their contact form but did not get a response. I then looked online to find lots of complaints of this same issue on their facebook and instagram and they have deleted their twitter completely.

As it is I have an order that I want to return and can't and the experience has soured the items I want to keep.

Disappointed as I have been a regular customer but this experience has put me off ordering again. Please Lee sort this out.

To update. After several complaints I did get a return label from from Lee after contacting Kontoor Brands who I understand own the brand. It was part faulty but I managed to print it and return and did eventually receive a refund. It took over three months though.

They stole £50 from me

Sent some shorts back as the zip was broken however they never processed the return and never responded to any of my emails. I've had to involve the retail ombudsman so I can get the £50 back that they have essentially stole from me

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. They are sitting on my money as I cannot return the items. The worst part is they are trying to make out it is to do with the pandemic, when it is actually that they have got a new company managing customer service, which is obviously a cowboy company. How to try and use a terrible global pandemic to make your company look better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

awful customer service.

Contacting customer service is like pulling teeth. Sent multiple emails with no reply. Been on hold for hours. Requested call back, nothing. When I eventually got through, the guy who I spoke to was very short and rude. Eventually managed to arrange a return, but nobody has shown up to collect package. Going to have to call again. Worried I’m not going to get my money back for the jeans I’m returning, based on other reviews here. Wish I’d have read them before ordering.
And the returns links on the website don’t work.
Just wish they would include a returns label or address.
Did not expect this from such a big company.

Ordered a pair of Lee jeans 14 days ago. Still havn’t Got them. They have charged the money from my account the day after they should have sent them... i sent 4 mails - and they don’t reply!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely rubbish!!

Absolutely rubbish!!! I ordered a pair of the Lee 101 slim rider selvedge Jean's on the Friday with Express delivery. Phoned on the Monday because they hadn't been dispatched yet and was told they would be dispatched by end of day. Phoned again Tuesday as still had not been dispatched and was told the order had been cancelled because of no stock. Waiting on refund!!! Hopless!!!

I'm extremely disappointed with the…

I'm extremely disappointed with the jeans I purchased. I first bought a standard pair at £85, in October. When I put them on the next day at work (after cycling to work), I found a big hole in them. I took them back to the store and explained the situation and the manager I met had suspicions that I had taken some scissors to the jeans. I don't know what purpose that would be for or how I would have benefitted from that in any way? They didn't have my size to swap for so I opted for the Body Optix at £125. I have not had these jeans for very long and I decided to try an expensive pair of jeans as an investment as cheap jeans only seem to last a few months and the manager told me that they should last me three years. They have only lasted three months, the same amount of time as a cheap pair of jeans. It's safe to say, I will not be purchasing a new pair of Lee jeans. Extremely annoyed at the amount of money I paid and how short the amount of time these jeans have lasted.
